I went to this store to get a new phone the sales person name is Kevin he didn't know what he was doing. My phone number i had it for 13 years. My phone number is my identity for all my business My phone number is very important I built my business with my phone number This guy Kevin took my phone to upgrade to new phone I really don't know what he did my phone was stop working my pin number he changed so my original pin number is not working so I can't receive any text or calls It is been few weeks now I lost lot of my business. Read moreI’ve been a customer for years. The local store where I live used to have wonderful customer service. This is no longer the case, and it’s been awful for at least a year. I upgraded in December of 2020, and went into the store to pick up my new phone. This was my first bad experience with the local store. Accidents happen, we all make mistakes. The issue got resolved , only after I contacted someone outside the El Dorado store for assistance. The manager, who had been rude before, apologized. That’s good enough for me. But then twice I have called this store for assistance and both times not only were they no help, they hung up on me. The manager shouldn’t be in management. Period. I returned a phone before the 14 days were up and it seems they didn’t do it right and I am still paying for a phone that I don’t have, they just deactivated the phone and not a return on my account. Now I am still paying for a $1299.99 for it. I feel someone there took the phone for their self. They acted like I was the one that did something wrong, the manager was rude and would not talk to me and I made the drive to work it out with her. I am not happy about this.
