Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in El Mirage

The worst service I have ever had before. They said it would be 30 minutes for my two pizzas (completely reasonable.) One hour hours by, no call. Hour an a half go by no call. Finally almost TWO hours later the driver knocked on my door. He instantly apologized and said they cut ur pizza incorrect that's why it took so long. It took TWO hours because u cut my pizza wrong??? The only good thing was the driver. He felt bad so brought me the pizza that was cut wrong for free (very appreciated.) He handled it very professionally, if anyone should be the manager it's him. I wrote basically a book on how often I order and how disappointed I was by the terrible service and asked to speak with a manager asap as to why I was never told to why 2 pizzas took TWO hours to make other than the driver saying it was cut wrong. Still no reply or call from the manager seems he could care less (no surprise.) I have worked at Barros, Joe's of Chicago, pizza hut and multiple other pizza places and managed them as well. I would either almost lose my job over this and then to not call the customer and try to apologize (like any good manager would do) was just a complete joke. Service -0 Management -0 food -0. Looked awful half the pizza had no toppings and was pretty much cold all the way thru. From it sitting for TWO hours. This domiones Is a joke last time I order from u guys again. The only good thing about my order (the driver) props to him handling himself better than the manager and trying to do anything he could do to make it better. Props Anthony much...

This Domino's is the absolute worst one I have ever had to deal with. Probably even the worse food place I have ever dealt with period. And Domino's is or was my favorite main chain pizza spot, and others Domino's I have not even came close to have any of these problems with. I've been hung up on, something or another always happens with my online order and can almost never get a hold of someone there and when you do you get out on hold til they hang up on you. And 2 years ago was the last straw where they did not deliver an order and they say they did and I had to go through my bank to get it fixed. It's like I have cameras in front of my house who would lie about pizza ??? It's a shame because I used Domino's for where I work for the employees there on pizza days and now I go somewhere else. Tried them again today and what do you know 2 years later same stuff..... Showed it was delivered and it wasn't called talked to someone after a "brief" hold and they said oh they must have forgot part of your order they're heading back now...... I explained to them my frustrations and said I want to like this place and keep order it have only had bad experiences and will never be doing business here again. Just to get an "ok". There's a bunch of places to get food out there and this place does not deserve your...

If I could give negative stars I would! This store has some serious issues. Ordered online and they messed it up. When I went back to the store to get it fixed since no one would answer the phone I was told that at 8:37 pm the oven were off... The store hours are until midnight so what exactly are they doing for 3 and a half hours... Problem #1: The employees obviously cannot READ the tickets that tell them what toppings are supposed to be on the pizza or they simply do not care. Problem #2 There is obviously no actual quality check or if there is whoever is doing that is not looking at what was actually ordered just that it looks like pizza. Problem #3 The managers do not have full control over the store when there is an issue. We used to order from this store pretty often before covid but now it is just complete trash!!! They can't get anything right and they never answer the phone. The general manager and district manager need to be FIRED!!! since they obviously do not care about this store or how it makes all domino's stores look bad. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER DOMINO'S EVER AGAIN!!! and I fully intend to blast this all over social media I hope this store...
