Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in El Modena

I stopped by this Baskin Robbin location because it was near my cousin house and my wife wanted a ice cream cone. This location parking lot is very limited so be aware of that. Came in a half ago to get a carton of ice cream. No one at the counter. She was in the bathroom. I stood there for over 5 min. It seemed forever. After ordering I requested a discount for my wait. She actually argued with me. She was on break & that is more important than a customer. She called her manager to approve the discount. He approved 2.00 Why she just didn't do that up front instead of arguing is beyond me. Customer...

Great location so far, employee that helped us was very kind and gently suggested flavors as we moved around. Much better than the Tustin/Chapman location.

2024 Update: product doesn't seem to have changed but I felt like staff had very little customer service/engagement skills. The cost is sooo high best to save your money for high end store bought and use the self checkout....experience is...
