Came by a little after 11 and they weren't open quite yet so we walked around in the market for a bit then came back. I did a quick research on the word Chifa and learned that Chinese immigrants immigrated to Peru in the 19th century and brought their food and culture, thus forming Peruvian Chinese/Cantonese fusion. Chifa is probably derived from the word "chi fan" which Chinese means to eat.

I love that it’s made fresh so that they can customize it to no cilantro. The lomo saltado was delicious too.
