After a long night at the hospital all I wanted was the new wheat pankakes with strawberry/bananas. Unfortunately I'm unsatisfied . I placed my order over the phone for pick up .as I arrived the cashier was very friendly and helpful. As I paid for my order I requested some strawberry and citrus sause . Paid for my meal and once again took a sit to wait for my meal. but as I was sitting waiting for my order I'm guessing the manager or another server with a blue shirt asked me if I was help. I said yes I'm waiting for my pick up order. I once again asked for the new sauces and she responded we charge extra I said ok. Then she stated I needed to wait because her system was uploading which didn't bother me at all. I was willing to wait. What bother me is hearing her and another coworker/ server about my meal. They made it seem like they got bother. And instead of suggesting me a meal we're I was able to get the same items for a better price . They didn't and kept on looking back towards me it made me feel uncomfortable . Once again I was asked to pay for the sauce which I didn't mind. I honestly won't return here again. Read moreI went today to a Denny to take my girls since they got a free meal from school and we always go and ones or was time to pay the girl say I could only accept 1 couple and I explain I have 2 girls and each of them have there couple and we always have come here and they never had let us know anything she went to go get the manager on duty and she came very rude and aggressive and she charge me and say we give them out to the school to make the kids feel important but this is the only time we’re going to accept the 2 of them and I told her I have to 2 girls each of them have there own couple and she say it doesn’t matter we only accept one. Ones she charge me she say thank you bye and I say we’re is my receipt she gave me and ugly face and left to other register to reprint but with a very bad attitude because I ask for something that automatically should be given to me the receipt. Honestly the server did an amazing job and yes because the manager attitude made my experience bad which am manager too and were the ones that supposed to put the example which in my option you should train her better she has a very bad attitude and her face expression in front of a guest is super bad at least make it face in front of a guest. Read moreI walked in, a hostess (a woman dressed in a red t-shirt), walked me over to a booth by a dark wall. I requested to be moved. I ordered my drink and waited 15 mins for the server to take my order. I waited another 50 mins for burnt food. I requested to speak to the Manager. I was approached by the "hostess". I asked if she was the Manager to which she responded "yes". She didnt look a bit concerned. In fact, she looked bothered. I asked her if she would eat the food (as I pointed to it). She replied "We're trying the best we can.." The Manager had a bad attitude from the moment I asked to be moved. The server was slow and too busy carrying on with one of the cooks who obviously was not paying attention to the food and let it burn. I spent most of my lunch there only to walk out hungry and upset. This is not my first issue with this Dennys. I stopped going there years ago when I phoned-in an order to pick up and they took forever as if they never filled the order until I arrived.
