This place doesn’t care about their customers. It’s family owned and they think they’ve secured their business with the people who will never complain. I stop there on my way to see my family in Apple Valley. Their bread is good but it seems that you have to get there right when they open or you will buy whatever is leftover. I stopped today at about 9:00 am and of course no selection of bread. I did tell them that this happens all the time no bread and their reply was “come early” so basically first come first serve. It’s their we don’t care attitude that will stop me from coming. We are living through rough times and we make or break these places. This was my go-to bakery until I ordered a couple of cakes. I ordered one for a baby shower and a 3 tier cake for a wedding. When I was ordering the wedding cake, I noticed that the owner kept looking at me. They took my order. I came back the next day to make a little change and the owner just told one of the girls to give me my money back that they could not make the cake. Also, she canceled the babyshower cake I had ordered before just two days before the event. I told them that they just lost one customer and that I was not going to reccomended to anyone. So upsetting paid 95 dollars for a nice detailed cake and received it with a plain group pic when I told them only elsa and anna to write on the cake happy 8 birthday stephanie I called and they told me they couldn't do no add on because they where about to close they messed up the cake and didn't care to fix the problem!!!!!... I kept on calling and they did not answer my call they asked me what fruit did I want on my cake banana or strawberries and they just put jam like really!!!!... they didnt even put flowers!!!... now I know now to never go to that pathetic place...
