Anybody that wants to know whether or not a restaurant doing their job this is the place where it is a family owner and operated franchise. It’s owned by a husband and wife Asian couple the husband seem to be OK cooks great food comes out to it perfection but his wife I have nothing good to say about her she started cussing me out she went ballistic few months back just because I told her my Chicken had skin on it during my ordering I did indicate to her when she placed my order that I didn’t wanna get no skin on the chicken plain and simple And instead of removing the skin from the chicken she gave it to me with the skin when I opened the box I brought it back to her and I told the lady that it wasn’t right instead of apologizing and remaking the food she decided to run her motormouth by telling me that I never told her thatwhat a horrible what a poor personality all I can say is she’s cheap to the point where she did not wanna lose that chicken so she knew it’s gonna go straight in the trash by me bringing it back I won’t...

2023-1-27: This branch has always performed below average: yesterday I tried to use the app's buy one bowl get one free coupon, and after the system scan the coupon disappeared, which meant it worked. The girl told me the total was $13.xx. I knew it couldn't be right because $8.69 plus a 10% tax should be $9.56. I asked about it, and it took her 5 minutes but still couldn't figure it out. Finally, a manager came and asked me, I show him what happened, and he replied "Yeah, yeah, I know!" Then, he gave me a "discount" of 2 for $10, and I was charged $11.00 after tax! This middle aged asian man always has such an impatient attitude. Previously, it is what it is. My order has always been accurate, so no complaints. Ordered in store today, but he got one order completely wrong. I didn't realize it until I got home. I got (2) combo plates. He messed up part of the order on the receipt by writing NO VEGETABLES. I saw it on the LCD POS screen, so I asked him, "So both orders come with vegetables right?" and he curtly nods in assent. By the time I get home and open up my plate, that one plate has NO VEGETABLES and the tilapia had somehow become original beef. I checked my receipt to see if he messed up the protein choice. Nope. It says tilapia, so whoever put together the order also messed up. Its a fast food restaurant, but one that is prone to mistakes.
