Baby Bros Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in El Monte

First time and impressed. Classic thick crust pizza with quality ingredients. Tried to call in my order, but just got dead air so used their online system which is on their website. Really easy to use and offered split ingredients, which was perfect. Ordered half pepperoni, sausage and jalapeño and the other half pastrami, mustard and pickles. I asked for the pickles on the side, which I got, but was also on the pizza which made it hard for my GF to eat as she doesn’t like pickles. Couldn’t eat the pep or sausage side either :(. I would say more for me with a smile, but the crust is pretty thick and just two slices filled me up. Don’t get me wrong, the crust was delish, just filling.

My favorite was the pepperoni and sausage half. Really great quality ingredients, including the cheese and sauce. The pastrami side was good, but could have used more pastrami. One slice barely had any meat at all.

When I arrived, the cashier was very polite and helpful. Offered me cheese and peppers and sent me on my way. Parking lot is small for such a big place, but I was lucky and found a spot open. Not sure how that works on a busy night. I hope they have an agreement with Teddy’s Red Taco who they kind of share a lot with.

Definitely will try them again, possibly another location. Really liked the ease of ordering online, great pizza and friendly staff. Just wished they put the pickles only on the side. Will have to be specific next time or...

Got raw potatoes not fully cooked did not noticed kids ate half then I got some all raw hard looked cooked but was clearly hard not cooked . Called and they wanted me to drive all the way back waste my gas to take the full order that I did ot have because I mentioned to the girl telling manager in charge the order is been ate out and is half ate they did not honor any refund or any order replacement. All I got a no. Not even a sorry unapologetically person I told them that I will no longer order anything from baby bros pizza el monte and that they lost a customer and the person over the phone said carelessly OK. They feed you greese when I went inside store to pick up order was bragged in brown bag all greased up covered in greese stabled shut hot wondering why is it steaming hot if my pick up was 10 minutes I show up in 17 and is barely cooked but bag looks like it did all the cooking. CUSTOMERS BEWARE ALWAYS CHEECK FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. THEY DONT HONER ANY REPLACEMENT ORDERS OR DO NOT REFUND ANYTHING AT ALL. RUDE...

Ive order delivery from this place a few times already, and i have to say its well worth every cent. Im not really sure if they call them mojos but i will theyre the best patato ive tasted, they have many choices of wings so far ive only tried 3 but i would recommend the Ranch Kickers and the lemon pepper. Just two days ago i finnaly gor to see the inside, some decent size screens but i dont think ull be paying to much attention to those while ur eating haha, the have acouple of arcade games in there , they have Galaga which is the must game to have anywhere u go . He decor is really nice seats are comfortable, good enough to just relax in after uve stuff urself. Nice hard wood floors.
