Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in El Paso

Ordered through their online portal and headed out there as usual. The drive thru was just as fast and smooth as normal. The burrito is given to us, ready to be devoured. The problem? There was an extra ingredient that shouldn’t have been there.

I make my way into the lobby, imposter burrito in my hand, letting the staff at the counter know that the burrito we received was not the one we ordered.

Manager was apologetic, made things right immediately while keeping things lighthearted, turning a somewhat disappointing experience into a positive one!

If you are ever craving a burrito that will knock your socks off from the flavor and customer service that is above and beyond, visit this Blakes.

Edit: I am updating my review to say, after living in ABQ for 13 years and moving down here to El Paso earlier this year, this Blakes takes the cake when it comes to service, efficiency, cleanliness and overall taste of food. I gladly drive the 30 minutes across town from where I live to get a hot and fresh burrito, always being greeted by friendly staff, thanks in huge part to the manager, Rick.

Keep doing what ya’ll are doing over there and you will keep them coming back for more! I know my family...

This was my 1st time eating here and I made a mistake in ordering a burrito that I thought was a steak burrito, but it was actually a shredded pork and I didn’t know because I don’t know Spanish anyways I took a bite of it and it was good but my taste buds didn’t want that so I went back and spoke with a guy name Rick and he was super cool amazing customer service and we laughed so hard when I told him I don’t know Spanish. I thought I was ordering Carne, which was just steak but it wasn’t lol. He remade me a different one which was a bacon burrito and when I tell you that it was really really good the best breakfast burrito I’ve had here in El Paso. It tasted homemade it had shredded hash, brown eggs, bacon, and I got the green sauce on it. Super big and worth every penny… definitely going back and Rick was TOP TIER! Thank youuuu but most importantly for not judging me and making my wrong RIGHT!

He even had me to keep the other one and told me to give it to somebody and Even the person I gave it to actually never had a breakfast burrito from here now not only have you gained one more customer, you gained two.

Love the food but why is the manager so rude?? I wanted the New Mexico burger without hatch chile as well as a regular New Mexico burger and he didn’t want to let us order it like that?? Wanted to make us choose a different burger. Rushed my friends who were also in the car trying to do a separate order. Kept saying “Come on guys. Is that it?” Still put my first order in wrong only rang up one burger. Kept stating he was trying to save us money but recommended a completely different burger. Asked for manager and he said he was him. He said that we were on drugs and that’s why we didn’t know what we wanted or what we were saying. I don’t think that’s very professional. Asked for my money back and left. He said all 3 workers at the time couldn’t figure out what we wanted. 2-23-24 12pm Heavy set bald man. Tried calling for a higher ups number to make a complaint and it just goes to voicemail.
