What happened to the Burger king Culture? Man, I remember going and getting a meal. the customer service is ok. it can be better it's not bad but can be better. I remember your food had quality, the fries were on point spot on. best of the best. Your burger had no rivals you truly had the KING OF BURGER TITLE. It had to be when I was like 35 I am now 47. And today of all day year 2023 I had given up meat starting a plant base diet just until my birthday. But I went in with the highest of hopes wanting an impossible burger meal with large fries and onion rings. And let me tell you. the burger was ok. lacking the status KING of the burgers. It was ok at best. Now mind you it was my first time having an impossible burger so I kinda was expecting less but the quality of the build was not there I should have taken a picture next time I will. if I even attempt to go back. the lettuce was short the pickles were only two. Onion I don't remember if had any. Ketchup was there. I got home and add more of everything. But the fries and onions ring were the worst of my meal. Cold and tasted old if I had to guess yesterday's fries and just reheated. the same goes for the onion ring. Look I'm not writing to you to get anything of my money back not even trying to get a free meal. God no please don't think of that. There is no Consistency in quality no more. I would have paid a little more for a better burger meal at a five-star like at home than to receive a burger like that again. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble because this starts from the top and rolls downhill. But I'm sorry Burger KING. But today 1-10-23. I'm going to need that title taken away. Read moreI didn't even go here for my own order, I was picking up for Door Dash. Stood for 7 minutes at the front counter and wasn't even acknowledged, only one other couple in the lobby and 3 orders on their screens for the drive thru. Asked if I could know how much longer of a wait on the food I was picking up was, the worker (Jazmin) again didn't even look at me. After another minute, I said, "Hello?" She turned around finally amd asked what I needed. I repeated my question, including my aggravation of being ignored for so long. She turned away from me amd continued putting other orders in bags very slowly. After a few more minutes passed, I said, "Hello?" again. Another girl who appeared to be the shift leader possibly turned around and asked me, "What?" in a very snotty attitude. I again had said, "I just want to know how long it is going to be for [person]'s order, I keep asking and no one is even acknowledging me." I got the snide response, "Well we are very busy right now ma'am, and we're only 3 people." As she turned around and continued ignoring me. I unassigned the order, which affects my ratings and contract with Door Dash over this brat, who apparently thinks three cars in the drive thru deems it so out of control busy that you can't reply with "__ more minutes." I understand there's a national staffing shortage currently, but for real? You couldn't take a few seconds to give me a three word answer? Read moreCame by for a quick pick lunch for the family. About few weeks back they forgot not 1 but 2 kid meal toys. Then a week ago they forgot one of my sandwiches (was for my kido).😒 So today I figure I'd bring it up at drive thru (as suggested by manager) that last visit they forgot one of my sandwiches. The lady I mentioned this to was very attentive asked what was missing and my preference on how I wanted it (no onion and extra pickles of course for the kiddo). Then a male (assuming this must be the manager) who lindley informed me as he passed me my order your sandwich is right here in this bag would you like ketchup. As the window closed I check my bags looks great all is there, then I remembered the kiddo requested 1 extra ranch dip let me ask. So I waved the drive through lady down, she was a younger female with light color hair, I as politely "may I please have an extra ranch please?" Her face seem to scrunch up in an attitude and proceeded to say that would be an extra charge... I tell her kindly no thank you that is fine have a nice day. As I am driving off I realize they did not charge me (not sure if that was intended or not) mine you this was $30 plus of food.
