I rarely write reviews but this one I had to share. I ordered subs online last night, my wife picked them up. I got home, took a bite out of it and realized it was wrong. I live really close so no biggie I went back. I had ordered "The Boss" which is meatball, pepperoni, cheese, etc. and I had received just a plain meatball. So when I arrived back at the Subway I gave them the receipt and they realized they made a mistake. The girl with the green hair told the kid to "just add the pepperoni to the sub!!" I was blown away by that, literally, and immediately told her no make me a fresh one that's ridiculous. I don't know in what world she thinks just adding pepperoni to a sub that was made wrong in the first place is the solution. The kid that made my sub was real nice, he remade it and it hit the spot. I didn't even bother to ask for a Manager because she was clearly in charge. But if the GM or store owner of this Subway sees this you need to teach that girl some customer service and manners cause she immediately gave attitude when I asked them to make me a fresh sub. The cherry on top was she told me (with attitude) they didn't have enought meatballs to make me a new sub to!!! So they literally used the meatballs from the sub they made wrong in the first place on the new sub. Would rather drive up the street now and just get subs from the Subway in the Valero, at least until the girl with the green hair doesn't work...
Read moreWalked into the Subway today. First time in a while I've been to a subway. Two people working here. One gentleman and one lady. The gentleman was very service oriented and welcoming. Even gave me a discount on my meal. Very understanding with other customers. I gave a tip because of him. The female on the other hand felt out of place and didn't understand what sandwiches were being ordered by myself or other customers. One customer had to explain their order multiple times. I overheard the gentleman say that their veggies weren't the freshest at the time. While I appreciate the honesty, it's kind of shocking knowing where subway used to be in terms of their freshness. Read moreWe literally just had the worst experience of our life at this Subway. The weird thing is that we come here almost every night. The employees they usually have are very polite & nice, but tonight they had a boy named Jaylen who didn’t even greet us when we walked in through the door because he was making himself a sandwich. Not only that, but the way he made our subs was just horrible. He didn’t even give us our change right. Worst service ever. I hope they never put this boy to close again because he is not a people person. We will be contacting the manager, hopefully they can do...
