hoping this reaches this higher ups in charge of this location. Upon driving up to the window I was greeted by Josh, (not usual...yet) he took my payment and gave my card back. He proceeded to make a small talk statement "hows your day going" i gave my response so thought it was done. But no, he kept asking me the most random questions, "what shows do you watch" "what do u like to do for fun" "what do u do for a living" it felt like an interrogation instead of an interaction it was extremely awkward. after answering he handed my drink, dropped the smile and said "bye now". it was almost like a scene straight out of Jordan Peele movie, i have never felt more awkward and uncomfortable during that entire interaction considering how fake it was. I honestly feel terrible for the employee that had to do that but i don't think theres any amount of money Starbucks could pay someone to have that kind of interaction 10 hours a day. im surprised he's still working there, i really hope he finds something else he deserves to not have deadness in the eyes. PLEASE STOP MAKING YOUR EMPLOYEES DO THIS OR START HIRING PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO DO THIS AND PAY THEM THE RIGHT WAGE FOR IT. Read moreSLOW SERVICE I placed a mobile order and walked in a few mins early so I could wait for my drinks. I figured since it was slow I would get my drinks sooner than expected or pretty much on time. I was very WRONG!! I didn't get my drinks until about 10 mins AFTER my promised time. Two of my Frappuccinos were ready before my other drinks and they just sat there on the counter melting while I waited for my other drinks. It looked like there were 4 employees currently on the clock with only 2 of them actually doing something. The girl making the drinks was the only one (slowly) making them for all orders coming in, with her focusing on drive thru orders. When I place a mobile order I like to choose that I will pick up inside so I don't waste their time helping me in the drive thru and so my drinks don't sit around on the counter. Read moreThis Starbucks does not stop to amaze me! Yesterday morning I was in my usual rush and placed my mobile order with ample time. As I drove up, MaryBeth(great employee) hurried to my car before I got out to notify me they were having issues with hot water hence unable to make my hot drinks. This type of consideration and personal attention is what keeps me coming back. Maybe others might have just placed a sign "sorry for the inconvenience" but MaryBeth was out in the parking lot looking out for customers she could forewarn about the problem. Thanks to MaryBeth I was able to hurry to another place for coffee and stay on schedule. However it doesn't stop there, I typically place my order via the Starbucks mobile app because its usually busy at the time I come in for coffee. Well the system works like a charm!
