Horrible, Horrible experience from start to finish (refund). The company's website, as well as the salesman Fernando, failed to mention that the black palisil rings are actually worked on in California somewhere and not in house like all their others rings, therefore affecting the delivery date (once again, not mentioned). I was given an estimated shipment date of 12/7/21, when I should be receiving the military ring I ordered, but after not receiving it, or hearing from someone by 12/9, I started making calls to Dunham and that is where the excuses began. This ring was suppose to be presented at an event (with enough ample timing on my end, in regards to the delivery estimation) but with the poor communication on Dunhams part, the presentation cermony had to get pushed back, not once but twice due to another failed delivery date that was given to me. I'm sure this is a great company but my experience has been absolutely disappointing. I requested a refund on 12/15 and Ferando assured me that the "accounting team" has processed my refund, same day 12/15, and to expect my refund in 5 to 10 days. This is my first order with Dunham and from the very beginning I had some questions about the specific custom side panels I wanted. I'm an Air Force veteran and called to ask question about a Sterling Silver custom ring I planned to buy. The phone representative answered all my questions, emailed me pictures of the designs so I knew exactly what I was getting, and finally placed the order for me.

The wait time was not that bad at all and was even sooner than what I was told. Once the item arrived, I was elated as I opened the package. The ring itself is fantastic and is exactly for what I was hoping. The quality is top notch and the Lifetime Guarantee is a fantastic bonus to boot. I ordered a graduation ring for my daughter and I did get it about a week ago. The ring looks nice but I had to call Dunham jewelry to have the ring sized because my daughter said it slips off her finger when hands are wet she also noticed the band in the palm side is already scuffed. She is doing everyday cleaning her house duties no more than that. Customer service told me it would be an additional $70 to resize or she can just take the ring off every time her hands are washed or wet!??? I told my daughter not to take the ring off ever so she won't lose it. Customer service also said that the scuffs are normal even gold scuffs! Mind you she didn't even ask for pictures.
