absolute incompetent idiots. first off the normal 5 minute phone call to place an order took like 20 because the idiot on the other line could only hear and type like he was in 3rd grade. for example i told him my name was tyler and he tried to spell it tylr, then tylur, then tylir before he got it. then i tried to tell him i live on alabama street, which he heard alameda. i told him "no, alabama like the state" and he said ok then typed away, then he said "that address isnt working, you said alameda right?" finally i spelled it out for him while wondering if he really thinks alameda is a state or what. i ordered an extra large half works half pepperoni with extra cheese and cheese breadsticks (remember this, its important). he quoted me 40-60 minutes because they were getting hammered and they deliver all the way out to east bliss (which is maybe 20 minutes with traffic from my old barracks there to my house here on alabama) but i said ok whatever. jump to well over 2 hours later, the delivery woman finally arrived and handed me 3 (less than lukewarm) boxes to my confusion. she said she had an xl works, a medium cheese and breadsticks and said that the kitchen accidently made an xl works and gave me a medium cheese for free since 'thats what i ordered'. i told her "no, it was half pepperoni half works with extra cheese". she said "well thats whats on the reciept so idk" with an attitude. i wanted to slap her for taking over double the quoted time and then having an attitude with me but i didnt feel like having a cop at my door. and i wouldnt even have really cared they screwed it up if they had gotten the toppings right. i called the store to complain and the manager or whoever answered, i said that the pizza took over 2 hours to get here and that it was wrong and i wanted my money back. he said that he couldnt give me a refund because "they were quoting 90 minute deliveries", i told him i was quoted up to 60 minutes and he said whoever said that was wrong. he also said that the original order said half works half cheese (because the original guy was too incompetent to know how to mark cheese as a topping or an extra). he offered me an xl pepperoni in 40 minutes as compensation and i didnt feel like dealing with his bs so i just said whatever. jump to not even 20 minutes after i hung up, there is a fresh hot pepperoni pizza at my door. which begs the question, if my original 'order' took over 2 hours to get here, and then my compensation pizza took less than 20 minutes to get here, wtf took so long? even with 30 minutes to biggs, 30 minutes to deliver to like 2 or 3 buildings which were most likely just barracks that are literally 10 feet from each other, 30 minutes back to my place, thats still only about 90 minutes (which is a high estimate). long story short, these guys are idiots, they dont care, never order delivery from them and be wary to verify your order if you want to...

I ordered a 5 topping large pizza.I explained on the phone I want 3 separate orders of mushrooms and 1 black olive topping and 1 sausage topping..when I went to pick it up the girl that made my pizza stated that is 3 separate orders of mushrooms..she was clearly lying!!! They sold me a 3 topping pizza and charged me for 5 toppings!! Becides being clearly ripped off, I have to say the pizza just doesn't taste good at all..Me and my friends will never spend our money at PAPA JOHNS.. SHE LOOKED IN MY FACE AS SHE LIED TO ME ABOUT THE 3 SEPARATE MUSHROOM TOPPINGS..I WAS LOOKING RIGHT AT MY PIZZA AND IT WAS CLEAR IT WAS A 3 TOPPING PIZZA.. BUYER'S BEWARE THE ARE RIPPING OFF THE CUSTOMERS..... WELL THEY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN.. DESPERATE PAPA JOHNS!!SHAME ON YOU AND THAT LYING GIRL THAT MADE MY PIZZA.. REMEMBER LITTLE GIRL CARMA WILL GOD SMACK YOU......

Old post: Last night I my husband texted me and said he was ordering pizza for dinner. He placed an o line order and by the time I got off work and drove to the desired location our pizzas and brownies were just easing their way out of the oven. They cut the pies just like we wanted them, Chicago style, square cut.

Update: as you can read i am normally very satisfied with the pizza from this site. HOWEVER... Very diappointed with the service we recieved tonight. I ordered a pizza online ans paid for it as we have done many times before. We had it delivered to our house like we have had done many times before. We had some workers at our house who we ordered the pizza for and the delivery person didn't want to leave the pizza with the guys at our house. The delivery guy left with the pizza. He called us to verify and was still reluctant...
