On 4/22/2025 the manager of the time of 8:02 pm just showed zero signs of professionalism especially at his age, very dismissive didn’t even bother once to hear me out fully, didn’t bother giving me his name, and was spending most of his time hiding in the office having me stand there having conversations with employees looking at me in confusion asking about “what’s happening” and “whats wrong” and “are you good?” I never felt as humiliated with someone over something so simple, I didn’t get my food so i did what was right and showed up to explain myself and even gave every detail from pictures to transactions with the time and accurate location information on it, I am NOT that down bad of a person to try and get a free meal i got better things to do than make up a story just to get free food, NO! And to top it off the “manager” at the time has the audacity to raise his voice and get frustrated with me after showing him I tried calling the number # posted online to reach out earlier instead of waiting later after I finished with everything i had going that day, and as i show him the call log and number as proof he laughs in my face and then continues to say “ you cant believe everything you see online” as if they had more info on to where to contact them they DID NOT as time went on with me still standing there waiting a valid response he says go to BushsChicken.com as I do, I also ask him from there where do i go to write down what happened and he just did NOT EITHER KNOW OR DID NOT CARE AT ALL TO HELP ME OUT! Just kept saying “keep reading it should be somewhere there” after time standing there I just want to leave, i felt belittled, confused and taken advantage of at the end of the day by something completely avoidable and at the end of the day...
Read moreMy wife and I stopped by to purchase some chicken for our family. We saw that the line was quite empty so chose to stop by there, thinking it would be fast service, and we still had a long ways drive (Upper Valley). Anyhow, once we got home, we opened our meals, our son took a bite out of his and spit it out, we grabbed his tender and realized it was quite raw (pinkish) inside, so we tossed that piece and shared ours. Come to find out that ours too were raw. Which is odd because half of our tenders were raw, while the others were dry and you could tell had sat there for some time. We contacted the store, at first they didn't respond. They responded hours later. We spoke to the "manager" by the name of Marco, who refused to assist us. He wouldn't replace the meal, and the only way he would provide a refund was if we returned the ENTIRE order and returned by the end of his shift. and he wanted to inspect the chicken first for him to CONSIDER whether he would exchange the tenders, or privide a refund. Which is absurd, seeing that not only do we live on the opposite side of town, but we had already had our drinks, and the sides were fine, it was the chicken that was raw. We should have known that the lack of clients, was due to a lack of quality. We will NEVER eat there again. I would suggest you'd do the same, or risk your children or family getting contaminated with food poisoning. A million...
Read moreAbsolute El Paso gem! Best value I have gotten for the price in a long time. Severely underrated fried chicken spot everyone must have.
I went through the drive thru and I was greeted a short minute after looking over the menu. I will admit, I haven’t been here in along while. Customer service exceeded all expectations. The young gentlemen who took my order was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, as I was in the area working.
I was told there would be a 15 minute wait on the fried chicken as they would have to cook it fresh. I agreed to wait and he offered me a drink while I waited, so I asked for a delicious sweet tea. I normally don’t order from places right around closing time, so I felt bad making them fry up a fresh batch just for me.
15 piece Family Meal with 2 sides: jalapeño poppers and mashed potatoes, 1 gallon of half and half tea (half sweet, half unsweet), and 2 baked pies.
I highly recommend the Buffalo tender fries, which are their chicken tenders, chopped up and tossed in Buffalo sauce, drizzled with ranch, and topped over their fries.
Also, save some room for their baked apple pies (pocket-sized) and wash it all down with their sweet tea. I prefer the...
