living in Santa Teresa, we would rather drive the extra hour to the Zaragoza location than the Mesa

this location is spacious and beautiful with so much potential however all these employees on a Saturday afternoon at 4:30 and not to full customer capacity yet, the experience was severely disappointing.

our server came up to us with no hi, no introduction & a blank stare

brought us sauces but not even all of the sauces, had to get up and walk to a table to get one myself

not only are the drinks watered down compared to the other location but so is the salsa, looks disgusting. barely any meat on the tacos compared to the east side location as well.

waited forever for our server to come back so we could order more however by the time he did we decided we wanted to leave and skip ordering more food and drinks, we resorted to eating every ice cube left in our glass instead as we waited for the check.

managers saw us frequently looking around clearly looking for help but was ignored. again, so many employees for no reason. our table was not bussed once by our server at all as i watched others do so

walked out and no thank you from any staff or our server, just them chatting amongst themselves on the sidelines

i could only imagine if this location...

We usually come here for the great drinks but we recently went with a large group and it was horrible service. Our drinks took 20 mins to get to our table and our server would never come to our table until we started going to the bar to ask for drinks then our server Alfonso would come to help us. We were asking for well tequila and he upcharged us so much when he didn’t even put in the drinks for us. Towards the end they brought our check and we were stunned because we didn’t order all of this and the price wasn’t making sense. Since they were closing in a bit they were trying to rush us out. It made sense what he did since he could grat us without having to do any work. I never leave bad reviews but this was really disappointing. He took advantage since we were celebrating and thought we wouldn’t notice. Do...

I had the pleasure of being served by Valeria during my recent visit, and I cannot say enough good things about her service. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She struck the perfect balance between friendliness and efficiency, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed or interrupted.

Valeria was knowledgeable about the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and even accommodated a few special requests with a smile. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly elevated the dining experience. It’s rare to encounter someone so genuinely committed to excellent customer service.

Valeria is a standout, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I’ll definitely be returning — and asking for...

Decided to try this new location, expecting same service and quality from other locations. Unfortunately, service was bad. We were seated quickly, then the wait began. It took about 10-15 minutes until I was able to get a hold of a server, who was not from our area. That was just to get drinks ordered. Then another 10-15 minutes passed until our actual server came with drinks. We placed the food order and it came out promptly. Food was 3/5 we ordered tacos de Tripitas, and most of our order was correct, but some tacos had other types of meat mixed in. We couldn't let our server know because they only came back to drop off a check. Disappointed in this location. Will try coming back at a later time, maybe it will make a difference.

Tacos weren’t bad I wouldn’t say they have been the best I’ve had here in El Paso. The service wasn’t horrible but I feel like they need to hire more cooks or staff in general we waited I’m not even lying over 30 min for a side of avocado. Are food got cold. I’m Actually typing this and still waiting for it :( I told 3 different ppl about it and nothing. Tacos were not brought at the same time I’m Still waiting for my order :( based on this I wouldn’t come back tbh.
