Without fail every single time we go to this location there is some mistake made with our order. I’ve never done a review but enough is enough. Either something is missing from the order or they give us the wrong order altogether. Today’s visit was extra special as we ordered the new bourbon pepper chicken and it was supposed to be the combo as the drive-through worker asked what kind of drink would you like for your combo. Then she has us go to the parking lot and wait for the order and then when she brings it out There is no drink and she proceeds to argue with my husband that we did not order a combo even though she’s the one that asked us what we would like to drink for our combo and mind you when we ask for the manager she said she is the manager and made us pay for the drink instead of just giving it to us due to their error. This location needs to do much better regarding their hiring strategy. I also forgot to mention that when we were in the drive-through we also ordered a 10 piece bucket which she omitted from the order all together. It’s just ridiculous the nonsense with the store my advice is...
Read moreLast year, this was the best chicken sandwich you could ever have it was a little pricey but worth every penny. It was basically a whole super thick chicken breast on a bun with a little mayo and crunchy pickles. As soon as they replaced this "local favorite" with the "classic chicken sandwich" which has a limp patty comparable to a McChicken in size but not even close to taste or price the "local favorite" chicken sandwich went to shit too. Mayo is all warm and oily like they are made hours ago and kept under a warmer and the patties while still bigger than the classic nowhere near the original quality. Not to mention, it went up by about $2. Fix your garbage or dont i won't be spending another penny at churches, and it's a shame because I used to come almost every week. Employees are still friendly and cool. I dont blame them for this garbage quality food. Especially considering their salaries have probably been the same for the last 6 years while prices...
Read moreWe were in the mood for fried chicken and visited the location on Clark & Alameda. Drive-thru line was long so my husband opted to walk in to order take out. It wasn't hot out so I stayed in the car with the kids. He was gone only 10 minutes! Fastest we've gotten take out when getting down to order. Chicken was nice and hot still when we got home, fries and jalapeño poppers were also hot (though I still say Church's need to come up with a "family size" on their sides). This is our favorite location, they...
