I met Mr. Hill at the SCI convention a few years back. After hearing Mr. Hill explain that these custom boots would be the most convertible boot I had ever worn me and my buddy both ordered alligator boots. We both ordered the alligator boots with matching belts. I just received my boots with no belt. When I got them on they hurt my feet so bad I couldn’t walk in them. When I called the company I was told they had forgot to mail the belt and I would have to mail the boots back to be stretched and I would need to pay for the forgotten belt. They was no mention of them paying to have the boots returned. This whole process has been a debacle. After two conversations with Diane I was so frustrated I told her I had already mailed the boots back and to go ahead and donate my boots to charity. I waited two years to have these boots made and know I have nothing. There was nothing that went smoothly during this whole boot process. I can’t begin to explain my disappointment and frustration. The picture speaks for itself. After taking six months, and numerous rework returns, I loved my left boot. Right boot looks totally different size after numerous returns to fix. I was finally so “beat down” by the process and return expense that I gave up! My feet are virtually the same size - no issue with any store purchased dress shoes, boots, or casual shoes.
