I have been a loyal customer of Domino's for decades...never had any issues with them until I moved here. This location is horrible. I wholeheartedly suggest you as a customer before you spend your hard earned money at this location to not disregard the negative reviews for this store as disgruntled customer. All of the negative reviews has been my experience as well. They ARE frugal with their toppings. Their sandwiches are apparently 2 oz of meat and if you request extra meat they double that to 4 oz. So you end up with more bread than meat on your sandwich. The Domino's on Sean Haggerty has their normal size of meat on their sandwiches that this Domino claims is double meat. The same goes with their toppings on their pizza. I don't know if this is a franchisee...the owner or manager is cheap for sure. I live close to this one but I rather drive 3 miles to the Haggerty Domino's than give my money to this store. I always say just like a Dr's office, how the staff and facility is ..is a direct reflection of management or Physician...or whatever the business is..its the reflection of the person in charge. These people don't even care to fix the problems even when they receive negative reviews. Oh and btw...the Haggerty location does not have,"uhhhhhh" clueless employees like this one does. Don't waste your hard earned money at this location for the less than desirable food/service...
Read moreIncredibly poor customer service. Application clearly stated the order was ready when I arrived for pick up. First drive through was told by the cashier to wait an additional 5 minutes and go through the drive through again. Did exactly that and the next cashier said “wait in the parking lot and we’ll take it to you.” After an additional 25 minutes of waiting in the parking lot I had to call the store to get my order. After asking to speak to the “manager,” he rudely asked what I wanted. I said an apology or at the very least honesty when instructed with pick up times. He rudely responded “ I just gave you an apology,” which was absolutely untrue. And honestly, what is the point of an app tracker if it does not actually assist but create more hassle for clients? I would have been fine waiting for pick up had they clearly given me an accurate time frame. Instead I wasted more time waiting in a parking lot with my toddler for an additional 35 mins, and would have probably kept on waiting had I not called the store. An entire hour lost for what is typically something convenient. I always tip, even when it is a pick up order. But experiences like this are...
Read moreMarquis, the delivery driver apparently delivered our order to an incorrect address. Our order left the store at 8:06PM and was supposed to be received by 8:23PM. By 8:30PM I called the store and spoke to Dave and told him the online message said that the order was completed and delivered! To who??? He then places me on hold and comes back on and tells me that Marquis supposedly just left the store. So, I suppose their website lies and screws up orders. It is now 8:52PM and still NO sign of Marquis! So, I'm assuming Dave lied to cover for Marquis. Called back, now we're being told we have to wait another 30-45 min for them to place another order because they're busy now. My family are loyal Domino's customers and we've never received such unprofessional service, this is unbelievable. I WILL be contacting corporate. Everything is inflated cost wise now and to have customers still giving a company business is a plus for the company. Customers deserve RESPECT, SERVICE and HONESTY! The order is now supposed to be free of charge and I'm appreciative for that, but the unprofessionalism...
