I can’t say enough good things about Fubatea—it's hands down my go-to place for tea, and I honestly can’t imagine my life without it! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with such a warm and vibrant atmosphere. I love the wood touches! The colors, the cozy seating, the little touches of décor—it all creates this perfect, relaxing vibe that feels like an escape from the world. Whether I’m meeting up with friends or just looking for a quiet spot to unwind, Fubatea feels like a home away from home.
Now, let’s talk about the tea! Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? Their teas are freshly brewed with such care and attention that you can taste the freshness in every sip. You know when you’re drinking something that’s made with high-quality ingredients—Fubatea absolutely nails that. Whether it’s one of their classic flavors or a more adventurous blend, each cup is perfection. My favorites are the Taro Boba with extra boba of course and the ICONIC Fubatea, Strawberry Fields and any of the fruit infusions, but honestly, I’ve never had a tea here that I didn’t love. Literally their biggest fan; I have had every item on the menu and even their seasonal flavors.
And then there’s the customer service—wow! The staff at Fubatea are beyond amazing. They’re always welcoming with a genuine smile, and it’s clear they love what they do. They take the time to chat, offer suggestions, and really make you feel special. I’ve had days where I’ve walked in stressed or tired, and by the time I leave, I feel completely refreshed, not just because of the tea but because of the wonderful people behind the counter.
Might I add I've been coming since they opened and the owners are constantly evolving and ensuring the level of service - from the initial greeting to the final send off - that is provided not only by them (owners), their managers and staff is ALWAYS ON POINT!
What really sets Fubatea apart for me is the experience. It’s not just about grabbing a tea to go (though you totally can if you’re in a rush). It’s about savoring the moment, enjoying the peaceful ambiance, and feeling like you’ve stepped into a place that cares about every detail—whether it’s the beautiful presentation of the drinks, the thoughtful layout of the space, or the way the staff always remember your name and your favorite orders. It’s these little things that make Fubatea so special.
I’m proud to call myself Fubatea’s biggest fan, and if you haven’t been here yet, trust me—you’re missing out on something truly wonderful. For amazing teas, top-tier customer service, and a vibe that can turn any day around, Fubatea is THE spot. This place is more than just a tea shop, it’s an experience—and I’m here for it every...
Read moreFubatea was extra #kawaii (i am aware it may not be Japanese but it is still suoer cute!!) with the cute cat =^.^= logo. The employee that took our order and served it as well was extra knowledgeable in the menu. They had a soft voice but super comforting and didn't seem bothered about letting us know about what they have. I love how it's super customizable to what you want in it up to how sweet you want your beverage. I recommend the Taro Boba with standard sweetness but my husbands did get drinks at the sweet level and did seem to be a good difference. Still delicious but yes sweeter. I recommend highly to stop even if it's for a quick stop. If you don't like taro they even have strawberry milk my other husband got with lychee and...
Read moreWe always get excellent service! They're very quick and friendly which is great until you realize you've visited so often they're signing the rent checks in your name. My girlfriend is fanatical about the tea and if that Rose tea could buy a steak dinner, I'd lose top spot in her heart for sure. Absolutely recommend giving it a try.
The only downsides (which are far from eclipsing the tea), are the baked goods and atmosphere. I think the cookies are just aight, and while the atmosphere is welcoming, it also feels a little sterile or uncomfy.
Overall: great place to pop in for a drink! I'm excited for online ordering, but I wish there was a mailing list so I could alert my creditors before they make boba...
