Bad experience at this place. First off when I went in dude who looked to be their boss asked a girl to attend to me she said no. Instead they sat me down with a lady who did not even come close to what I asked for and was new in training. It got so bad that the original girl who did not want to work had to jump in and try to fix the disaster the other girl had done. A simple fade is all I asked for,and for them to please leave no lines,but what they did was- for one went way too high, and did not fade but instead left the side's at 1 inch. After I politely asked for them to fix and at least fade in the skin to the 1 inch they seemed not happy,I pulled out my phone because girl was saying that I had gotten a mid fade as requested so I showed her pictures of mid fades and asked her if what they did was anything like the pictures,she didn't want to reply to having destroyed my hair. I then wanted to see if they would try to make it right whith apologies or some sort of discount,but no the girl who destroyed my hair wanted the 30 bucks. Awful, awful the way they do business, definitely not going back to that, One girl there doesn't want to work and both don't know how to cut hair. Lamest place I've been to in E. P.T I've gotten way better cuts at places that charge 12 bucks. This place place is horrible. I am responding to owners response: I decline your invitation for a free hair cut sir for these reasons. 1: your charging 30 bucks for haircuts from people that don't know how to cut hair I mean you can but they can't -so what's everyone supposed to do just get hair cuts from you?! And 2 sir that should have been taken care of when they destroyed my hair,I got charged 30 dollars for a horrible hair cut. Need to work on your employees sir and be sure their able to give hair cuts worth charging the 30 dollars that you do. Hair cut was absolutely awful sir. I've been going here since the day it opened and even before here I would get my haircut and beard shave with Jerry where he worked at before and have always received at great and clean cut all the time. The detail and consistency of a great haircut in el paso is hard to find and this place has always been great since day one with any barber at this shop. I can always count on jerry and his staff for a great hair cut especially knowing how picky I am with my haircut. I have struck gold in his place and highly recommend this place to anyone. Nice clean shop. Veteran owned. All the barbers can cut. Sign in book as u walk in. No customers skipping the line cuz the barber is their homeboy/girl. Hot towel before the razor line up or shave (NO SKIN IRRITATION). I say that cuz I have sensitive skin n I break out when equip is not clean or when the barber dry shaves and that is NOT A PROBLEM HERE. They play movies n have several screens to watch while ur getting cut. And to top it off the barbers know how to cut. Even fade all around,...
