Keg & Brew Craft House — Restaurant in El Paso

First off, I want to say I never leave reviews. My wife and I have gone to Keg and Brew numerous times in the last couple of years. However, we were severally disappointed tonight. We had a gift card that was absolutely less than a year old. The bar tenders told us it was taking a bit longer, because there was credit on the gift card, but they were having an issue processing it. Eventually, we were told that the gift card was from 2020, therefore they were not going to honor it. My wife proceeded to tell them that she did not understand as the gift card was less than a year old. The bar tenders (though very good) explained that the owner was now willing to recognize the gift card because it was from 2020. Pretty disappointing that a gift card paid given to us, paid with cash, less than a year ago, won't be honored. I will struggle to revisit...

We stumbled across this gem in the far east of El Paso the Friday after Thanksgiving, and I'm so glad we did. It has great lighting, music, and awesome beer selections of from Texas, New Mexico, and California. The $6 Food Truck has a great menu for snacks and full meals. The lounge area in the back with a projector screen is great also. We didn't go out to the enclosed patio, but it also looked great and later, when a DJ came, the volume was a bit louder bit we could still hold a convo or dance around in your chair. We will give this place another shot. Place is clean, great tap list, but there were 7 people sitting at the bar (2 of them were us) and Noone else. Server made a few drinks right in front of us, while staring at our empty pint glasses. Served the mixed drinks, asked 2 other patrons if they would like another beer, and went to the other end to be with his buddy.

I'm okay with a server being busy, and not jumping on an empty glass (honestly, it should never truly be "empty"), but you should grab us another beer before you disappear. I'm certain that when we stop back, if the same server is there, we...
