What's the point of ordering online if they can't get order done on time. I ordered ahead of time, got there and even walked around looking at other stores just to give them alittle more time. I went into there establishment and sat down told them I was waiting for my pizzas I ordered. I saw people come in and leave with pizzas. I saw where they pulled my pizzas I ordered and saw a person give it away to someone else. I went up to them and the girl that was helping me out went saw it was missing one and told me that I had to wait because the pepperoni wasn't ready. I got upset and asked if they gave it away and she looked at me and asked if I wanted to talk to the manager. I told her I just want my pizzas. She ask again and I said yes. She went up to another lady and they talked to each other I guess about the pizza. I sat back down and waited. The manager handed me the pizza, didn't even apologize, I asked for a corporate number, she said it was family owned(no wonder). Needless to say I won't be back nor will my friends and family. Read moreI ordered pizza as usual since my son loves jv's pizza, after last night i will not be ordering any more. They were very unprofessional. They got my order wrong, the delivery guy noticed after my son open the box and touched the pizza. He called his manager to let them know the order was wrong so keep in mind after my son touching the pizza the delivery guy asked for it back to take back to the restaurant which to me it was unsanitary since my son touched it already and he clearly saw. So at this point i got disgusted ,so i canceled my order and asked for a reimbursement, they called me back stating they cant refund my credit card i would have to call my bank for that which does not make sense ! They wanted me to go to the restaurant to pick up the refund in cash, After i told them i would be there in 10 minutes a manger calls me back and said it was refunded. They really need to train their cashiers better and also have better customer service and be retrained on sanitary procedures cause weather or not we are in a pandemic this is...
Read moreI usually always post positive reviews on Google, but this particular time is going to be different. I am very dissapointed in JVs pizza on Yarbrough. I drive nearly 15 miles from NE El Paso to the lower valley to enjoy JVs pizza and what do i get when i get home? A burnt pizza 🤬. I should have checked and open the boxes, but i didnt. Now in their defense, one of the 2 pizzas ordered was very good and delicious, but the other was quite burned and you could definitely taste it. Needless to say, we thru it away, I was not about to drive back 15 miles to get another one. Sadly the worker or workers that day (yesterday) saw it and still chose to serve it and give it to us on the box, when they could have told me and i would have waited an extra 10-15 min for another one.
