I went through drive thru and when I placed my order I asked for my fries to be full and fresh. I do this due to many occasions I am given cold fries half filled. The last dozen times I’ve gone to this location and placed my order that way they have fulfilled my request and always have asked me to park. I am happy to oblige with this as I want my food fresh. This time when I got to the second window I waited a while and figured ok this time they are getting them fresh and the fries must be almost done. When I was handed my order I grabbed a fry to check as I always do and the fries were not even warm/ tasted old as well. The employee closed window and walked away as I checked my fries. When they came back to the window I asked the employee “can I please have fresh fries”. The employee than argued with me saying “those are fresh”. I replied saying “they are not even warm. Can I please have some new ones?” The employee then said “I just made those ones.” I replied “they are not fresh and I need new ones. He can try one if he would like.” He then replied stating “I cannot do that.” He then said “pull forward and I will take you new ones.” I waited more than 10 minutes (it does not take that long to make a new basket of fries). They then brought me my fries and they were hot, but so over salted that they are not edible. I can only assume that the employee over salted them to make a point about me asking for him to make me new fries! Someone needs to really train what quality and customer service is to the team you had working tonight. A VERY DISSATISFIED...
Read moreThey seem to have a problem with the customer getting their money's worth. I have asked for a side of hot mustard and am happy to pay for it. I ask the employee that hands me my bag at the drive through, if the hot mustard is in the bag and he tells me it's there. I get to work and it's not. I look at the ticket and I've paid for it. Another day, I buy 2 large hot coffees with 4 creamers added. I get home and neither cup is filled to the fill line, even with the cream added. I have paid for larges and received mediums. Weeks later, I have to be to work early and am happy to see that this location is open by five in the morning and I order 2 large cups of coffee, filled to the fill line, please. Both of the opening female employees are annoyed by this polite request and I receive attitudes and unfriendlyness for my efforts to get what I want and what I pay for. I am consistently handed my order without a smile or a thank you. I am never told to have a good day by anyone at the 2nd window. It's clear that they don't feel obligated to appreciate my patronage. I don't take it personally, because they don't know me from anyone else, but I do know that each store is franchised and those that don't do well, do close. I am happy to take my hard earned money to another location and I am sharing my experience. I understand that this has become the norm at fast food restaurants and I should learn to expect it, but I'll continue to not patron businesses that give me less than adequate service,...
Read moreAlways get fast and friendly service here in the mornings. Everything that I would expect from the big chain. Nothing fancy to write about. Except today, I was forced to buy a jalapeño in exchange for a courtesy water, which is something out of the ordinary for someone who visits McDonald's about 10x a week. I get waters usually in the morning with my coffee. I was told that the general manager wants to charge for the cups. When I think about the big chain, I see u uniform and consistency. And when I hear that the GM is pulling strings to balance the books I wonder about what else is going on there. I did receive a jalapeño in my bag, which upsets me even more. I don't need one of those in the morning and I hate throwing food away. If the big chain wanted to allow "courtesy waters" to be paid for, they would add a proper charge to...
