This is the closest location to my house and I happen to stop by very often and every time I do drive thru my order is messed up. It's like they don't even listen to what you are saying. They make you wait long waits to even greet you. Then always make you park and wait for your food. I've had to repeat myself multiple times when ordering because they just don't care. It's always BAD service no matter what time you go. From not getting my order complete (missing chicken nuggets from kids happy meal) to getting just random things they decide to throw in your bag. This past weekend I walked in to dine in and the place was just dirty, a man was standing waiting to order for over 5 minutes no one bothered to acknowledge him. Kids area was dirty from breakfast customers, nothing wss restocked and my order again was missing the chicken nuggets from a happy meal. Every time I would ask for help ( wrong food, no clean table to sitndown, no ketchup cups restocked) the girl that I reached out to would have an attitude not even spoke to me just walked away and did what I asked for. Not one apology, no attention at all. (Forgot to ask for her name) (happened Saturday around 3PM wears glasses, dark hair)Management really needs to pay attention to whatever is going on. It just sucks to have a terrible experience...
Read moreI've been to this McDonald's a few times, and each time my order has been wrong. The first time, I ordered a Big Mac with no pickles, and they gave me a Big Mac with pickles. The second time, I ordered a Filet-O-Fish with no tartar sauce, and they gave me a Filet-O-Fish with tartar sauce. The third time, I ordered a Happy Meal for my child, and they forgot the toy.
I'm starting to think that this McDonald's just doesn't care about getting orders right. It's not a big deal to get a pickle on my Big Mac, but it's annoying when I have to send my food back. And it's not fair to my child to have to go without a toy in their Happy Meal.
I've tried to give this McDonald's the benefit of the doubt, but I'm done. I'm not going back there anymore. If you want to get a correct order, I suggest you go to a different McDonald's.
Here are some suggestions for how this McDonald's could improve their service:
Train their employees to pay more attention to detail when taking orders.
Have a system in place to double-check orders before they are sent out.
Offer a refund or free food to customers who receive incorrect orders.
I hope that this McDonald's will take my feedback seriously and make some changes to improve...
Read moreGo to any, ANY other McDonalds than this one. Unless you want incompetent, mentally handicapped fetuses placing/preparing your order, I highly suggest staying as far away from this hell trap as possible. Every single order I have placed within the past three months have been messed up in one way or another. Wether it be a Sprite instead of a cheeseburger, an apple pie instead of a ice cream, or a Whopper instead of a Big Mac, every one of my orders is faulted without fail. Words can not describe the amount frustration and resentment I have for each and every one of the employees along with their parents for conceiving them, their elementary school teachers and even their dogs. What could have been prevented from contraception now results in my many migraines. Please, save yourself from having to repeat your order dozens of times and STILL getting it wrong. McDonalds by North Yarbrough is to Hell as the employees that inhabit it is...
