Peking Garden — Restaurant in El Paso

Horrible customer service/delivery service. As I finalized my order over the phone, I told the guy that I needed change for a $100 bill and he said ok. Once the delivery guy got to my place, little behold, he didn't have change. He looked at me dumb founded and said, "I just read "bring change for $100 bill" on the ticket". Ok, I know people makes mistakes. However, none of them tried to do anything to fix it! He asked if I could get change or use my credit card. No retards! If I wanted to use my card I would've used it over the phone in the first place! Then he calls his work and explains the situation. The other person on the other line asked if I could use a credit card but like I said before, no. I asked if the driver can go back and get change. He responded with "it's a far drive and on the other side of base". I don't care if it's a far drive you idiots. Your fault, so fix it. Then with no remarks or response or a single word, the driver literally grabbed the food and left. I called back to the restaurant and had a talk with the guy that I placed my order with. He tried to say that he heard me over the phone while they were having a conversation on what to do saying "I don't want the food anymore and to take it back". Well I assure you that those words did not come out of my mouth. Anyways, long story short, they were completely rude with no sense of how customer service works, liars and...

One time I placed an order here and thier teriyaki chicken was delicious. I must of been lucky that day because when I try and call I'm placed on hold for at least 5 mins. I usuall just hang up after being placed on hold a certain amount of time now. So I tried a different route this time with thier website which shows you can order online. Well I tried and every time I tried to check out it would say there was an error. So I call and I'm place on hold as I'm about to hang up, the girl starts taking my order. She let us know it would be a 45 min wait because they were busy. I was fine with that. After an hour passed we got our order but incomplete. So I call back and they try to place me on hold again before they can I explain the situation and I'm placed on hold for 9 mins until they hang up on me! I call back and they finally say let me go check in the back while you guess it being placed on hold again lol. They said they would be back with the rest of our order, so we will see. It's just too much drama for some Chinese lol. The chicken was dry this time and do not expect any type of recipet. The girl on the phone never gave us a total and the delivery guy gave a different price compared to the web ...

UNLESS YOU LIVE NEAR THE RESTAURANT THEN DONT BOTHER GOING .was my favorite restaurant and even though the service from waitresses was never good then i still traveled far to get here for the food. Well its started to go downhill more and there is no excuse because it has never been busy when i was there. Last time i was there then there was only 2 other customers and the one table already had their food when i came in . It was SLOW.there was no excuse not to get better service. Ask for lemon and the waitress never comes back with it ..or she never comes back to refill your drink ....also you tell her what you want and she asks you again ...weird ..the waitresses dont pay hardy ANY attention to customers at all. They were at least doing good portion size but now they use smaller plates, and also smaller bowls for the egg drop soup as well . Also ...waitress had no idea that a spring roll is actually different than an egg roll. They messed up my food this time ..i came far just to eat here. Im not gonna put up with bad service from waitresses, AND them messing up my food ! I...
