Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in El Paso

When the cashier handed me my drink, the lid wasn't placed right and the cup fell in my cupholder and made a mess. I asked for 2 chili dog combos and was charged for 2 chili cheese dog combos. When i pointed this mistake out, the cashier took the food back without an apology. Her and another coworker proceeded to give us glaring looks and laughing while they goofed off taking their time to remake the order. Once the food was given back, everything was corrected except the upcharge for the cheese. As we were about to drive off, they continued laughing and glaring at us in a condescending manner. This has been a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. This isn't the first time they've made this mistake where they added cheese when it wasn't asked for. The employees here need to be more considerate for customers orders because food allergies exist and if a customer specifically asks for a major allergen omitted from the order, they shouldn't be charged extra for a mistake the...

It was a horrible experience! Not only did it take the girl 15 minutes to take our order and get it right. I paid for 3 medium drinks for a of them to be half way up! I was missing majority of my order. So I went back, I stood there and was never acknowledged until I asked the rude girl in the drive thru said "what do you want?" I asked for a manager again. Driving through El Paso on our way to California. Never had Wienerschnitzel before and wanted to give it a try. This location, while in an older building, was completely renovated inside and immaculately clean. Even the restrooms were some of the cleanest I’ve seen, especially in a fast food restaurant. The gentlemen working behind the counter were very friendly, courteous, and seemed proud of the work they were doing. The food definitely hit the spot, especially for the price and quantity.
