I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the services provided by AV Concepts and Security. As a customer who initially engaged with your company for prewiring services in my new home, I had high hopes for quality workmanship and reliable service. However, my experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare.

First and foremost, the safety hazard posed by the cracked and frayed wires discovered during the prewiring process was alarming. I entrusted AV Concepts and Security to rectify this issue, only to find that the resolution was subpar and inadequate. Not only did your team fail to address the hazard effectively, but the cameras installed in my home also failed to meet the specifications promised. Despite investing a significant amount of money, the cameras were incapable of performing as advertised, leaving me feeling deceived and cheated.

Furthermore, the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by your team, particularly Manager John, is utterly unacceptable. The repeated rescheduling of the in-home speaker system installation without any notification or communication reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer service. My wife, who rearranged her schedule to accommodate the installation appointments, was left waiting without so much as a courtesy call to inform us of the delays or cancellations.

In summary, my experience with AV Concepts and Security has been marred by incompetence, false promises, and abysmal customer service. It is evident that your company lacks the necessary communication channels and dedication to fulfilling customer expectations. Do not get security system with them! My alarm stopped working in sunday morning i called but they are closed sundays which sucks!! Then i called monday and ask told them my alarm is not working and asked how come they were not notified or why didnt they call me and she couldnt give me a clear respond and that she will send a tech out. After wanting an outdoor lighting system for the front of our home, we decided to call AV Concepts to see who they could recommend as they had installed our camera systems and to our surprise they offered that service as well. We could not be happier with the results, we have front lighting throughout the outside front of our home that change colors for every season or mood!!! Highly Highly Recommend...
