It's hard for me to give this place 3 stars because I love the wing options, but my rating narrows down to 3 reasons:
1). One of my first orders was a bust. I was told I would be credited online- Never was. I called in and requested the credit be applied to my pizza order, I spoke to someone named Brianne at the Zaragosa location who was incredibly rude and stingy, and had the nerve to press me to talk "faster" because they were busy. She wouldn't give me the combination of my credit mixed with a deal they were offering, so I had to break down for her in layman's like three different ways why she shouldn't dictate how I want to use my credit. Finally, her manager dealt with her pettiness and told her to just help me. It was a very obnoxious experience.
2). They have messed up my 5 for $25 orders twice. The first time someone took my order and got half the topics wrong. The second time the pizzas tasted horrible. I didn't call back either times and request re-makes because after Brianne I didn't trust their response, but it left me afraid to order them again in the future.
3). The online menu is great because your 10th order is rewarded with a free purchase, but unless you place all your orders online, no one will give you a free 10th purchase. It's really friggen annoying. If you want the good deals you have to call in on the phone, and phone orders do not register online. If you order online, you're charged more than you would be if you called. What kind of customer experience is that? I've voiced my issues with this twice, but no one understands what I'm talking about. The store has weird communication with their online menu system. I wish they'd fix that because it's 2017 and people enjoy placing orders online.
I love the wings, they're great. My only real gripe about their food is the Cannolis aren't always filled all the way through, and the 5 pizzas for $25 is a gamble. They do not always taste good. The last batch I ordered was terrible. I think a lot of the 5 star reviews that rotate around the pizza have lowered expectations.
Other than that, I also experience great service once and a while, like when a guy forgot to ring my delivery for ranch, and instead of brushing me off he drove back out and brought it to me. It was so incredibly nice of him, I really appreciated it. They need more people like him. Thanks...
Read moreI love pizza 🍕 but this location is the worst ever!!! First red falg, there is no manager when I called to ask for assistance. I ordered a pizza and the employees messed up my order. I tried calling that night but no one answered, I called the next morning and they where hanging up on me, finally when I reached someone she was rude, unprofessional and accused me of lying even when i told her i have call logs to show they hung up on me 4 times. Whoever answered did not want to help in any way, the reason being in her own words she said she was not there the nigh before when they messed up my order so she cant help, even though i have my recipt, name and number. She yelled at me infront of all the other customers and employees, saying I'm rude and there's nothing she will do for the situation setting a wonderful example for the company. She did not apologize or ask what was wrong with my order, she did not ask for recipt name or number, I asked for her name multiple times as she laughs/yells in my ear saying to call the manager tomorrow. This is the worst customer service ever. Very unprofessional and the employees did not go through any procedures or protocol to help the customer. It took a lot of courage to call and say the truth, wich is my pizza was not fully cooked and it had someone else's toppings. but the fact I'm being gas lite, is uncomfortable and unprofessional. Felt like I was talking to a ghetto, low quality, greedy, low grade, pizza parlor who never received a day of education and has no tolerance for patience. I truly hope all calls are recorded. Read moreWork ordered from here and I liked it. So I wanted my family to get to know the place, and they did, oh boy they did. We order pizza and wings. The pizza was not cooked and not even cut. I loved the wings and compared them to Wing stop. My wife had an overall BAD experience because when we did call to let Xtreme Pizza and Wings know, the girl who answered the phone told me to make sure to bring back the pizza and they would exchange it. We called on speaker and when my wife asked the girl on the phone to make sure the pizza was cut, she hanged up. Not a single apology nor any empathy. REALLY?! So I got to the place. One girl on the phone another working behind the counter. The one on the phone would not even say a word or provide a smile. The second girl came around and asked what was going on since I had the pizza box in my hand. So I told her and asked to speak to the manager. They took the old pizza, handed me the new pizza , and when I took the pizza cutter from the old one, the manager opened the box of the new pizza and it was all burnt :-/ managers face was speechless and I could see the embarrassment. She said apologized and said they'd cook another one. As I waited, I called my wife to let her know it was going to be longer than expected. Sure enough, she was done with it all. I asked the manager for a refund. She did give me the refund and they had the 3rd pizza ready so she also gave me the pizza. .... I did love the wings. Then when they finally got the pizza cooked properly, it was good. ... It looks like they do have potential. I hope they get it right . I did like it, but it was a horrible...
