Went through the jack in the box drive thru and the young fair skin brunette attend us at the speaker. From the receipt I got his name is Adrian. There was another older man who attended us at the window and he was very nice and patient I apologize if he’s Adrian and we did not get the name right. As for the rude ADRIAN… I did not appreciate the attitude given towards my sweet mother. You had the audacity to interrupt her as she was ordering and then get mad that she did not understand what you said and then proceeded to raise your voice with an attitude repeating your words. She did not ask for the manager as she assumed it was regarding it being the new year and you guys might be under staffed. Regardless, there is better ways to handle it rather than being RUDE to your customers. If you do not enjoy working there rude Adrian then please do not take your attitude out on others that are nothing but nice to you. I wish it was me on the driver seat as I would not have been nice about it like my mother. She left without saying anything but I will not let this possibly happen to someone else. Fix your customer service rude Adrian. The 2 star service is ONLY for rude Adrian. The other older gentleman was nice. Read moreCome on now everybody knows that Jack in the box is good no matter what time you go get it the food is always good for people that serve you are always pleasant they take their time even if they can't hear you through that monitor through the drive-thru they take their time and they're patient they clarify your order and they treat you with respect and dignity and almost like they're cooking it themselves for you like your family well they are cooking it for you but you're not the family but they make sure by repeating their order your order that they got it right before they send it out through that window they're very hygienic they're always wearing gloves and masks well they have to because of the covet virus but I feel comfortable when I go through that drive-in because everybody in America should be paying attention to who's touching your food if they're have a mask on if they have a glove on clothes on and how they give you your food to you if somebody's got they don't have a mask on or they got the mask down below the nose and no gloves on I don't want that I don't want that food but the people that Jack in the box are very conscionable so don't worry about Jack in the box just enjoy...
Read moreNot impressed at all, won't go here until I here from the owner. Came from New Mexico (live in El Paso) and I ordered a simple meal or combo. Sourdough jack combo with jalapeños and curly fries. We repeated the order at the window, the cashier relayed the message via ear piece headset to I suppose the cook to add jalapeños which I paid I believe either 30 or 50 cents for and as you can see on the picture there is only 3 jalapeño slices which were set in one quarter area of the burger. So either you charge 10 cents a sliced piece or you need to train your staff on how to make burgers. The curly fries were cold and the (large order) looked like a small as well as the burger which simply tells me it was pre-made and they added extras to it. At 2am in the morning you should make orders per order so it's hot and fresh. I want a refund on my order it was terrible. Late night terrible food is...
