Maybe you should treat customers and uber drivers with the same respect.. After all uber drivers are only there to pick up a order for your client who chose to order food from you...its not the drivers fault your cooks and bartenders are slow?? And whats uber gonna do? Everyone has a right to know...especially since uber drivers can cancel the orders...who knows you may have it actually ready by the time the next driver comes along...if its not too hard for you.
To your response: Everyone has a right to leave a review. Thats why Google has the option. And yeah you can handle it through them (btw through not threw) you can take your business off uber.
You are distracting from the fact that you chose to have someone wait over 20 mins after the order was already put through. There is a time delay between when the customer puts in their order, when it gets to the restaurant, and when it comes to a driver to accept. And if its not ready then it should be soon. But a 20 min delay where you are dismissive of your customers because they arent spending in-store is ridiculous.
As uber eats customers and drivers alike both are doing your business a service. If you dont like how it works then id suggest taking your business off the site.
