Disgusting food and service! I have gone to this place in person before and have ordered a few times online. Always specifying family allergies. I specified the allergies in the order 3 times under each plate and not only did they not give me the orange chicken with noodles that I ordered and paid for but they gave me 2 plates full of what we are allergic to and what I specified 3 times not to use. This made us quite ill. After calling and speaking to the very incompetent manager to explain their mistake she started to yell after I said that I wanted to speak to the owners, who she claimed were in China, or to the general manager who she said would not take calls. She then kept yelling and claimed that I always complained about the food, (This is the first time.) Last time they did not give me the rice that I paid for and I let her know. I have ordered one plate 3-4 times and each time it has been quite different and progressively worse but I never complained. I just figured they had different cooks. But then she said and I quote" You are a bad customer, you are a bad tipper !" To which I responded with the truth which is that when I have a waiter, I tip more than the average tip, but I was not aware that I HAD to tip a certain amount on take-out, especially when there is a service fee already added automatically when we pick up. It is not delivered. OUTRAGEOUS!!!! And THIS is their manager! So it appears that they purposely did not give us what we ordered and paid for to retaliate, and worse yet gave us the wrong order and added the allergens to make us sick! This is a criminal act!!! Imagine if this happened to your child or if someone died because of this! I can't believe that any legitimate establishment would behave in this shameful, despicable, irresponsible and criminal way because they want to be tipped for doing their job of making food to be picked up. Who knows what else they may do to the food you order! Absolutely Shameful and a HORRIBLE experience! No wonder the restaurant is always empty! They are unfit to be...
Read moreI am very disappointed about the service tonight on 05/22/25 we just left at 7:15pm. The girl waitress Krizia there was very rude at the end. When we came in No-one greeted us and a gentlemen that appeared to be on a break had to go get the girl and guy waiter that were just talking in the back, thats how long we were waiting. Then we ordered and the girl checked on us twice, then she never came back. We never received our pork bao either that we ordered. To get her attention I literally had to wave her down for her to come back to our table. I told her we have been waiting forever and we just need to-go plates and the ticket. To also make sure the pork baos are not on the receipt because we never received them. We even told the guy that brought our plates that we were just waiting for the pork baos. When addressing the girl waiter about how we have been waiting . She said weshould of went to go get her !!!! So we are suppose to go do her job and get up from our table just to get service? She tried arguing with me about the situation. To where i had to tell her, "really your going to argue with me." Afterwards, she was giving me dirty looks. I reported the situation to the guy behind the counter where the noodles were being made and asked for a manager. He said she was off tonight. Which explains alooootttt!!!!! They obviously are not on top of everything while the manager is out. ! We have been coming here for years and have NEVER EVER had this experience which is why I put a 2 star. The fact that the waitress wanted to argue with me and give me dirty looks is highly unprofessional! The saddest part is there was only like 4- other tables between her and the other guy waiter. So sad that, what once use to be a nice place is being ruined by workers like her!!!!. Obviously if you come while there is no manager on site, you will not get the service that you are use to! . All my family was trying to do was have a nice evening out from being exhausted from the week. And it was ruined by that...
Read moreI heard about this restaurant on Facebook and decided to try it myself. The restaurant was fairly busy for a Tuesday. We had to sign-in for a table, but only had to wait about 5-minutes before being seated for a party of four. Our server, Jordan, was very helpful and guided us through the menu options. I ordered the beef and noodle soup (N1 on the menu), Bao and finally some pan fried dumplings. I wanted to try a little bit of everything. The soup arrived nice and hot. The broth was pleasantly flavorful and had a sweet aroma. The beef was thinly sliced and cooked in the hot broth. The noodles were surprisingly delicious. They were cooked to perfection. These noodles are made fresh in the restaurant daily. You will immediately be able to taste the difference between fresh noodles and the kind of noodles that other restaurants serve. These fresh noodles were tender and packed with flavor, as they had absorbed the delicious taste of the broth. The dumplings were just as delicious. The pork meat was seasoned perfectly and was tender, but the dumplings were crispy from being pan fried. The Bao was soft, tender, hot, and delicious. The barbecue pork inside of the Bao was so sweet it almost taste like candy. It was quite delicious. Overall as you can tell from this review I was very pleased with my experience at this restaurant. The only recommendation I would make for the owner is to contact one of the large beverage vendors and install a soda fountain machine for their servers. Being served canned sodas at a restaurant with this high caliber of food, is slightly disappointing. As with most Customers we enjoy getting refills on our drinks. The fountain soft drink system would be more cost-effective for the business and for the customers. I...
