I've consistently had subpar dining experiences at this restaurant and felt compelled to tell others. From the moment we started coming to this restaurant, we were met with rude and biased treatment from the staff, who clearly had no interest in making us feel welcome. Despite being repeat customers who initially thought we had found a nice place to enjoy, our recent experiences have completely changed our opinion.

I ordered a dish that sounded promising on the menu but turned out to be borderline inedible. When I politely expressed my disappointment, all I got was a dismissive “Sorry you didn’t like it”—no offer to make it right, no real concern for our experience, just a blank look and an empty apology. This kind of attitude, especially from ownership, is appalling.

They have zero interest in valuing their customers or even showing basic empathy. We left feeling thoroughly brushed off.

It always felt like the ownership held grudges against certain customers. I witnessed the manager become visibly irritated when a customer called back after being hung up on. She stormed over to the phone and, loudly enough for everyone to hear, said, "I kill you," before answering in a condescending tone. Looking back, this should have been the first sign that a genuinely friendly or welcoming atmosphere was completely absent.

If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like an inconvenience rather than a guest, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend taking your...

I came to dinner with my family based off the great reviews , but I’m assuming these reviews are a little outdated or the restaurant itself doesn’t care about the quality of their food.

Upon the foods arrival, the fried rice was cold and didn’t have any flavor except for the cilantro they placed on top. My wife pho was warm but not that appetizing. Thin broth, limp noodles, thin slices of beef. It tasted “old” as she described it. We still tried to have a great dinner , didn’t want to spoil the night but staff wasn’t really attentive. It took 30 mins for me to get someone’s attention when there were very few customers in the dining room.

Not to mention when I did try to ask about my food being cold they explained to me that that’s how they fry it , and that I took too long to eat it. I didn’t want to let my frustrations get the best of me so I paid and left.

I will NOT be going back. & I think I can live with that cause there are ALOT of good pho places in elpaso but this one missed the...

Locally owned by Vietnamese family, the pho is authentic and reasonably priced. The pho came with all the condiments like bean spouts, lime and basil. I also got spring rolls just to increase my getting full. The dipping sauce (peanut or fish) were really good. They put fried garlic on top of the peanut sauce which was a nice touch. I also got a mango rice dessert, which taste and texture was exactly what I expected. I am Asian so I know what authentic thai cuisine should be like. This was authentic. No fusion (thank God). It's just good quality Thai home cooking.

I highly recommend this restaurant. It is casual, family friendly. You can just plop down and eat a meal, not pretentious. And it's clean, not a dive. plenty of tables for family dining. The staff is sweet, friendly and treat you like family. The other customers treat you like family. I am really happy this place is here in EP. It Brings in diversity and show cases authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I will try a bon...

I’ve been going all over El Paso trying Bahn Mi sandwiches. This was by far my least favorite. Right when we get there I am informed that there is no vegetarian option for the Sandwiches. I order the bbq chicken and my friend gets pork. Right off the bat you can tell the sandwiches are barely filled, a couple small pieces of meat and hardly any vegetables. To make it worse, the bread is cut about 2-3 inches from the edges making it even less filling! Furthermore, both sandwiches were super dry and bland, making it actually difficult to eat. The last thing that just tips it over the edge for me is the price. Normal price for Bahn Mi in town is about $7-8, these are all $9. Another thing is that the place is obviously dirty. The menus have food on them, the walls have drips, floors dirty. The kitchen looks like a mess. I just did not like this place at all.

The moment we stepped into this cozy eatery, we were drawn in by its warm atmosphere enhanced further by their unique saltwater aquarium decoration. The menu offered plenty of options at pocket-friendly prices without compromising quality or taste; it truly felt like having dinner in Vietnam. Our favorites included mouthwatering appetizers such as fresh spring rolls followed by fragrantly spicy noodle soup bowls filled generously with briskets tendons tripes beef balls all immersed perfectly within rich umami stock then paired wonderfully alongside steaming plates full of grilled marinated meats - everything simply delighted even more so when complemented via several helpings from side dishes including crunchily vegetables too cool off palate if needed before ending satisfying culinary journey through Indochina region alike.

I never write reviews on restaurants but I'm fascinated with this place. I VERY HIGHLY recommend. I came here for my birthday with my partner and while we didn't tell the staff it was my birthday, it says a lot about a family owned place for someone to decide that's where they want to go. The waitress recognized us immediately and was very pleased that we were back. We ordered the same thing as last time, Grilled chicken Vermicelli and rare steak pho. They very randomly offered us to try their bone marrow (i think that's what it is) which was delicious. It's a very inexpensive place with very filling proportions. I can't recommend this place enough, the staff is very friendly, attentive, and willing to answer any questions you may have (we asked quite a few questions our first time lol).
