Just had a terrible experience at this store. The store manager, who claimed her name was "Karen," treated my brother unfairly when he tried to exchange a pair of pants due to an employee's mistake during the purchase. Prior two experiences I had to go back to the store to have security tags removed that were left on after purchasing. After today I won’t shop at your store! I dont like to be deceived or ripped off! My experience today rates you right at Walmart level, how insulting is that...

I remember the days PRL factory store was giving stuff away. Now you’re just better off buying it...
