Terrible terrible experience. I don’t know if it’s because im white and I don’t speak Spanish but wow just wow. I’ve been here with my family before my family will help translate to the workers so there won’t be any confusion and so its easy for the workers, decent experience before but today was just terrible I don’t know how people return and give them business. Everyone eles I was seated with got their food and I waited and waited the server would come by see if everyone was ok and she just looked at me clearly no food I asked and she said sorry she forgot everyone finished eating and we went to pay and they didn’t take off my food I clearly didn’t get and didn’t eat. The lady with the bob said I ate the food and they couldn't take it off. So they made me pay 37 dollars. All of those workers need to learn about customer service and have better management and better servers. No disrespect to them but maybe working in a restaurant isn’t a good...

We had the table right behind the hostess. That is wrong to put a table right behind the hostess. It was literally right behind it. To be bothered to move so they waitress can clean and move high chairs just to clean is wrong. We go to enjoy food and we kept being moved so the hostess amd waitress can clean. They call our name out. We stood there like 2 min. They lady looked at us weird and we stated our name amd the lady gave us a strange look. I dont like to eat and have a someone's behind literally almost hitting my head. The rice was hard. Like if was white rice and they just added the flavoring and was crunchy. Overall the food is good but where we were seated was gross. Hated to be eating amd having to be moved constantly and having the behind on my back was the wrong. I couldn't even eat. So we paid and left. They waitress took forever to get get us our refills drink amd we couldn't even find her at times. Been here before but never...

We had gone to this location (on Carolina St.) many times throughout the years. The parking lot was always full, and the food WAS worth the wait. Unfortunately, I can no longer say the same. Went this week with my family. My brother ordered menudo, which looked like dirty water with pozole (it was not red). It was also tasteless and had no meat, just tough hominy. The bread was completely burnt and inedible. They wouldn’t replace it, so we asked if he could have tostadas instead. They told us they would be charging extra for them, which they did, but didn’t even bother crediting the burnt bread! My mother ordered a torta. The meat was raw. My dad’s enchiladas were dry with little to no filling. They too did not taste good. We witnessed a manager being rude to another customer who spoke up about an issue with their order, so we decided to just pay and leave to avoid a scene. Must be new owners. Definitely...
