Carlos helped us out at this location and I’m so grateful! He dealt with my daughter and I being unsure of what we were going to purchase for her room. It’s been a looong process and I’m so thankful this is where it’s ended. The patience and kindness Carlos gave us was wonderful and very much so needed. Not only did he give us patience but he was extremely thorough when creating our contract and invoice. The entire store welcomed us in both times we visited. This is not something you see very often where everyone says hello with a genuine smile. Damian was another friendly face while also being very professional. Yesterday, 8/27/2025, I called the North Loop location in desperate need of a recliner. My wife had just had abdominal surgery, and wasn't able to sleep comfortably in a bed. From the moment someone answered the phone, the customer service was amazing. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, someone allowed me to pick up from the warehouse on days when it normally wasn't possible. Thanks to all of their hard work, and fantastic can do attitude, I was in, out, and home in less than 2 hours. My wife slept well last night for the first time in three days.
