Subway — Restaurant in El Paso

This is the absolute worst Subway experience I've ever encountered. It started off with me getting a 25 dollar gift card and in return getting a free 6 inch sub. I walked in and ordered a number 31 steak sandwich. The kid took the order and when putting on his gloves, he dropped one. He proceeded to pick it up off the floor and put it on before making my sandwich. I told him to please change gloves. I ordered a 6 inch but he made a FL by mistake. When I got to the counter to pay. I showed the girl the coupon and she scanned it. It didn't work. She tried multiple times and no luck. The manager was behind me sitting at a table doing nothing to help. The girl walked over and asked her what to do? She then proceeded to say. I'll tell him myself. She gets up from her conversation and tells me that she gas to charge me for the sandwich. I explained what I did to receive a free 6 inch. She tells me at this point, we'll I'm not giving you a free sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous. I jrot my end of the deal by purchasing a 25 dollar gift card and now I have a useless coupon that doesn't work and had to pay for the sandwich. I will absolutely be disputing this ripoff charge and never returning to this Subway location. I tried posting to the Subway website to corporate. That doesn't work either....

Subway restaurant it's the kind of place that you want to go when you feel like you want to eat a salad but then you also want to eat a hamburger but you know that it has to be something healthy Subway is the place it's healthy the food is prepared in front of you you get the pick and choose the ingredients of your sandwich whether it's a 6 inch or a footlong they have many combinations you can get a toasted with pepper jack cheese with ham lettuce tomatoes I used to work and Subway corporation meaning in one of the subways I had a great time. The bread is made there it's fresh bread the ingredients are fresh there is absolutely nothing that you're eating that's going to harm you, everything is going to be beneficial for you you can choose a combo with chips Sprite Coca-Cola there is many combinations diet Coke I invite everyone to go to Subway at all their locations here in El Paso every Subway it's privately owned they are franchises and that's what I like also because sometimes the owner is there therefore and quality it's an issue believe me nobody has to worry about quality the best quality that is my experience thank...

This store is the worst subway store I’ve been to, I buy from here sometimes because it is the closest Subway restaurant to home but I have been disappointed every single time. There is always a lack of ingredients and soups, the customer service is very bad, time to prepare the food is too long, there is a lack of urgency and the workers always seem lost, they don’t know how to prepare the subs or where to find the anything around their own store. Today was the last time I order from this store, I placed an online order for drive thru pick up, my order was supposed to be ready by 12:15pm. I arrived exactly at that time, but of course there was a line at the drive thru and I patiently waited. I got to the service window by 12:40, I’m told my order hasn’t been started yet.
