Tacos Don Cuco (Zaragoza) — Restaurant in El Paso

Very disappointed on their customer service. I went today and as we are in the middle of a pandemic I completely understand it takes longer than usual, especially on a Sunday morning. I am a very frequent customer and always go there. This time was different, after a wave of people that got their orders. Have in mind we are parked. I followed the rules and honked twice as their sign says, and nobody came to help me. Again, understandable due to being busy. I was the next customer “in line” as we were in the cars. As new customers started parking they were taking their orders first. I still waited patiently, however it had been 30 minutes of me waiting and not being helped. People, got off their cars to wait outside for their orders to be taken, but these were new customers. I had already been waiting for a very long time, and not taken care of. When they started taking care of the people that had just gotten there and got down I had to leave. Again, VERY DISAPPOINTED in this customer service. I have worked in the customer service for over 3 years now and you never forget your customers or the order they came in. I don’t believe I will be coming back after...

I ordered tacos of alambre, two papas regulares, limonada, and agua de melón. The food tasted fine, what was lacking was the service. I received taco meat with no tortillas. The papas tasted fine, and the aguas were good. I called the location on Zaragoza to complain about the tortillas but the person there immediately tried to make it seem like I messed the order up. No tortillas were sent with my order for tacos. I was not offered an apology or discount, I was only told to go back and they would give me tortillas. Being the customer I would like my order to be complete before handing it to me, why should I have to check they did their job right. The person on the phone was annoyed and rude. The customer service was very bad, again me having to drive back to get the rest of My order and not being offered any discount is very discouraging. I did not go back, I opted to go buy tortillas at grocery store. I will think twice before ordering from this restaurant again. I do not recommend the service from this restaurant, very poorly trained staff. ...

Oh yes yes my mouth is watering as I'm writing this review! Had dinner here on Friday night and this place was the place to be!

Concept is easy. You walk in, order, sit, and they bring out your food. They had a variety of taco meats you could choose from. Pollo, asada, al pastor, alambre and barbacoa just to name a few. Prices are very reasonable and the food is delicious. An order, which is good for one person includes 4 tacos of the meat of your choice. You can also order the meats and tortillas to go in a bigger quantity for more of a price.

I had four alambre tacos and the alambre was the best!! So much flavor and the melted cheese on top was the icing on the cake!
