Adding to the review before…. This was for my daughters quince… we were very pleased with Laura…. She did a great job. But the food being served on paper plates was a total embarrassment! You would think for a formal event they would make sure to put the food on something more decent. I was told the sodas were flat and when it was brought up to their attention, they “fixed” the issue but the sodas were still flat. We were told they could have a picture of my daughter projecting on to the window so when my brother told the DJ he said no one mentioned that to him so he never did it. As mentioned below about the microphone not working during the blessing, they again “fixed” the issue but when we were giving the toast the microphone would go in and out. Over all I was very disappointed and will definitely let people know of our experience.
I didn’t know I needed to be specific about the plates when booking a formal event at the hall. That is something you need to let your clients know before hand. And what is the purpose of having practice at the hall if you don’t provide the system? The whole point is so they can practice the dance and that is kinda hard if you don’t...
Read moreId give negative stars if I could. Staff was rude and unprofessional. My relatives event was open bar and plenty of alcohol was provided and they turned away people that were asking for shots and told them they didn't have shots when there was clearly unopened bottles of liquor that were provided by the party host. We had to go to the bar next door for the shots and when it was brought to their attention by the party host they were very rude. They didn't honor things that were included in the contract and things that were agreed to via text. The event ended at 1am and they had the dj play the last song at about 1220am then they turned the lights on and had security tell us it was time to go at 1230am. Parking sucks too because they share parking with a handful of bars. They kept unopened liquor bottles and didn't return everything that hadn't been used. Had they done their job we wouldn't have hesitated to give them an unopened bottle as a tip if that's what they wanted. They didn't have to steal them. Please don't waste...
Read moreI do not recommend this hall. We had our granddaughters quince here, the coordinator is very nice. They serve the dinner in cheap paper plates, salad served was like for a child, very little, they promised they would cut the cake and pass it out , we had to go tell them to cut it, they did but just left it on a table and we had to pass it out ourselves. We had practice on Thursday evening they couldn’t get the music going. You would figure they would have checked to make sure everything worked, the day of the quince we had the blessing at the hall, microphone did not work so only the people in the front tables heard the blessing, the hall is extremely hot, only back part of the hall was cool. They also had told us that whatever food was left it belonged to us, they kept bags of bread. One of the servers was very rude. We had also asked to put some green flowers on the centerpiece they said they would, they did not good thing we had ordered some just in case. We ourselves fixed them. Very disappointed. Restroom s need...
