1810 Taqueria Tradicional — Restaurant in El Paso

The Atmosphere is amazing!!!! The music is perfect. The food is good. The service was horrible. We wanted to stay until close but it was one of the worst service we experienced. The first two rounds she did good, and after that it went it went down hill. After our third guest arrived she would take forever to come to our table to ask for drinks and maybe over an hour on what we wanted to eat. My friend wanted Arrachera nachos and she informed us that they had ran out of the meat. My friend asked for tacos instead, and my other friend ordered lettuce wraps, a side of chips/guacamole, and I ordered two sopes. We notice her talking in the corner with all her other waitress/bartender coworkers, and possibly regulars. The waitress brings our food with one of the orders being wrong. The waitress brought nachos instead of the tacos, forgot the chip/ guac, and the second sope. We were hungry so we didn’t complain. She was constantly on her phone texting and just hanging out with her coworkers by the restroom. We would make contact and she still wouldn’t come check on us. Our drinks were empty most of the time. Diana the only waitress on shift was very rude. Never will I ever go back to eat there just because of her awful customer service. There were only two other couples other than my family of 4 and she had attitude. We kept having to ask for our drinks and sides 4-5 times because she was too busy talking to another employee at the bar. Our daughter spilled her drink on accident while she was present taking our orders and she wasn’t even to offer to bring us anything to clean up. No extra napkins, no rags, not anything. My mother in law asked if it was possible to talk to management or someone in charge and she said that she couldn’t help us or give us her name either. After that she never came back to offer to ask if we needed anything else. I had to be the one to stand up and go ask the cook to please charge us. I used to recommend this place, but let it be known I will never again...

Servers were miserable and rude to us the entire time. We waited an excessice amount of time while the servers were on their phones. Specifically ,an overweight woman with blondish hair clearly did not want to work and was giving us an attitude every time we wanted to order a menu item. For example after trying to order a Tres leches cake this overweight disgruntled employee rolled her eyes and did not respond to our request at all she simply walked away and showed visible discomfort over our simple request. We ended up leaving right after this blatantly disrespectful behavior .Please do not hire anyone who hates their job, there's plenty of other gigs . By the way, the food was good so I thank the kitchen staff for their competance however this behavior from servers is completely unacceptable and I will not be returning...
