Horrible experience in this poor place!! I can't even believe I'm taking the time to write a review. I went to this location on 6/23/23 I'm from Dallas Tx and we have Feng Cha too but I wanted to try it in EP. with my family. I ordered 3 bobas of taro breeze with creme brulee and black pearl and a taro cake. The young woman who was serving told me that I could not order on the screen that you have to order with her if you wanted to accumulate points. I said okay so the young woman who didn't know what she was doing charged me only 2 drinks and the cake plus the extra money for the ingredients (because now they even charge extra for the boba) I didn't notice that she didn't charge me for the drink but right away my brother was also going to order and they charged him for my drink. He said, okay, I'll pay. In the moment, he saw a cup that he liked because it had a very peculiar handle and had the intention to buy it and asked the cashier how much does it cost and 3 employees could not tell him the price so we went to take our seats and my brother took the cup to the table with the intention of buying it. Later an Asian woman approached him and told him that it cost a ridiculous 39 dollars!!! for a simple cup from dollar store, just because it has printed Feng Cha. I said to my brother I have accumulated points and if I make another purchase I'll get 10 dllrs...we already had the intention of ordering to go anyway because we were going to bring a drink to my other sister who works in an ER near this location. Then After almost 30 minutes of waiting, a young lady told me they didn't have cream brulee and I told her "and after all this time you realize you don't have that ingredient when you already charged me for it? " and she tells me well, "we can change it for another ingredient" i asked "what do you have similar?" She said cheese foam I told her it's fine..then about another 20 minutes pass and she comes back and she tells me that they can't give me the cheese foam because it costs more. I said what? I mean, "you offered it to me". I have been waiting for my drink for more than 40 minutes and you tell me that you haven't even started the drinks? She said I can give you a refund but I can't give you the cheese foam. I was wow! I can't believe the customer service. Very GREEDY that after making me wait this long and not having the ingredients they couldn't just add a spoon of cheese foam. I was really impressed by the lousy service. Later I noticed that there were 2 drinks sitting in the countertop I told them "why didn't you tell me that these drinks were ready? ? "and they said we waiting for all of them to be ready and" I said while these are melting?" After a while, we forgot about the altercation and we were very comfortable. Later I noticed that the woman who told us the price of the cup kept passing in front of us as if she was fixing something but my mom noticed that something was wrong... and after a few moments, an Asian man came (who appears to be the owner or manager) directly to our table took the cup almost from my brother hands and asked "are you going to buy the cup?" My brother, surprised, said "no" because after that offense, who would want to buy it. he felt threatened and uncomfortable. I said "let's go now I don't even want the drinks we were going to buy take out this men offended us". We left the place but I came back seconds later and I told him "I feel very offended by what you did with the cup you thought that my brother wanted to steal it and you were very rude to go to our table and take it from my brother . how do you know if he wanted to buy it?? after the problem we had with the drinks" and he said"what problem?" exactly!! I told him "you don't know what's happening in your store and you're judging your customers very disrespectful and unprofessional" and he told me I DON'T CARE! and you are not welcome to return to this location. I told him "I don't even want to come back".and so I left without the drinks for my sister.. I don't want to give another penny to this horrible...
Read moreThis is the best boba place in town and we frequent it very often. The drinks are great, the place is cute and clean and the employees are nice. This review is about the owner/manager (I think he's the owner because when they first opened, I would see him there all the time. I hardly see him anymore.) They recently got a new app - luckily, all the reward points transferred over. I mistakenly redeemed the wrong type of reward and was trying to figure out how to fix it. The last time I went in to ask how to fix it, the employee didn't know how and said the manager wasn't there. So I tried again today because the reward was going to expire soon. The employee said she was new and she would get her manager, who I think is the owner. Without going into the all the details, the owner was so rude to me. He seemed angry as soon as he walked up and didn't smile and said that the app was new and he didn't know either...which is fine if he doesn't know, but be kind about it. I was happy to pay any difference in price, but I didn't want to redeem an item that I wouldn't drink. It was obvious he just wanted me to go away and did not want to help me. Since I have a lot of points, I am clearly a repeat customer...that's how you treat a loyal customer? If you are an owner or manager of a business, customer service should probably be a skill...

Not only is the boba and the cakes amazing but the employees and atmosphere are beyond amazing! It reminds me of those in Seattle! There costumer service is by far the best in El Paso! There was a misunderstanding when placing my order. I love milk tea but I accidentally ordered just tea . Once they called my order number I was expecting a Oolong milk tea ,so I asked the employee if it was the correct tea since I was expecting a milk tea and she reassured me it was what I ordered .I quickly realized it was my mistake since I did order just tea so I wanted to reorder a milk tea but the employee was quick to make me a milk tea at no extra charge although it was my mistake.
