wing daddy's is one of my absolute favorites, usually worth the almost two hour drive for me. never have i ever had such an experience though! i am not one to complain, ever or leave a negative review but. . .we got there, waited almost 15-20 minutes just to put our drink order in. then waited 15-25 minutes for most of the drinks, 45 minutes for one bloody mary! thats a little over an hour in, we were seriously contemplating leaving money for our drinks & walking out. when we finally all had drinks, we placed our appetizers in. waited i cant even tell you how long, the queso came out cold! we sent it back. when we did, we all placed our order in, waited soooo long! of course in between we needed refills, little things, in all we had one server & her two helpers, all which were asked of things when they came to check on us. nobody delivered anything, they didnt communicate within themselves either. finally, our food comes out except for the kids ones. the wings were cold, as if they were quickly warmed up because the middle was super cold. we sent three orders back, still waiting on the kids meals & their ketchup, plus our buffalo shrimp appetizer came out after all of us were over it, ready to leave! when we sent the orders back, who we thought was the cook came out & apologized. seemed super sincere, we told him we didnt mean to be a pain but we came all this way & never have issues like this but we appreciated it. a little over half an hour passes, i ask to speak with management. the same man, i thought was the cook came out. i told him about everything from start to finish & he seemed very nonchalant. my family & i still contemplated just walking out as none of our food was touched but nooo, we asked for boxes. bussed our own tables & still went in to pay. the servers & manager/ cook just stood there from a distance clearly saw us, they were giggling & looking at my sister & i then proceeded to their standing around instead of checking us out. MIND YOU IT WAS DEAD THE ENTIRE VISIT THERE WAS MAYBE 6-8 TABLES INSIDE & 2 OUTSIDE. i dont think ill be returning to this...

From the start, the service was extremely unprofessional. The hostess, Adriana, was the only staff member who seemed to care about customers. Unfortunately, the majority of the waitresses spent more time in and out of the restroom, talking and laughing with each other, instead of actually doing their jobs. Meanwhile, only Adriana and two other waitresses were consistently working, cleaning, and trying to assist guests.
We waited over an hour for food and about an hour and a half just to receive a first drink refill. (Only thing ever brought out was one appetizer and we couldnt leave without paying) When the food finally arrived, it was cold, bland, and missing items from our order. The burger patties had no seasoning, the chicken was tough and flavorless, and overall the meal was a huge disappointment to say the least….
What was even more concerning was the behavior of the managers. I believe one was Will and the other was an older gentleman didnt catch his name…….After Adriana, who had been working hard and clearly overwhelmed, left upset, the two managers stood near the front door loudly looking to see if she left, using foul language. This is not only unprofessional but completely inappropriate in a dining environment (with families mind you) .
Throughout the entire visit, no one checked on us until much later, aside from one of the few waitresses (Vanessa),who was clearly working hard to keep things afloat. She was friendly and helpful, but it was obvious she and Adriana were carrying the weight of everyone else’s negligence. (Dont ask where the others where no where to be found) Couldnt even talk to the managers over the issues they went missing as well…
This experience was beyond disappointing. Poor service, unprofessional management, cold and unseasoned food, and a lack of basic customer care made this one of the worst dining experiences...
Read moreTHE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!!!! My husband and I ordered tonight for takeout… for starters our order was given to us 35 minutes after our designated pickup time. My husband was obviously frustrated with this situation after we had waited a total of 55 minutes to get our wings so he asked to speak to the manager. When he asked, she refused to come and talk to him and he was forced to wait. When we got home and opened our wings we realized our bone in wings were breaded. I unfortunately cannot eat breaded wings, so I called and I asked to speak to a manager again. The manager on duty was the one who picked up the phone, I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I tried to explain that I couldn’t eat the breaded wings and there was nothing online that advertised their bone in wings to be breaded, as I was explaining the situation to her she continuously cut me off and refused to listen to what I had to say. Eventually she HUNG UP THE PHONE on me and when I tried to call again she did not pick up the phone. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Management was extremely unprofessional, rude, and demeaning. I spent $45 (with tip!!!) of my hard earned money just to have to throw the food away.
