EDIT after 'manager' reply* Apparently the store manager cannot handle any bad reviews or truth, so they choose to lie and pretend to know what the customer, that they never talked, to ordered. Excuse me did I order with you, no I didn't, so I guess your employees are clearly also lying about how this transaction went down. And instead of taking the review and fixing it you decide to make it seem like the CUSTOMER did something wrong. Clearly this place has a serious issue for accountbilty.
To start off, no I wasn't frustrated about you guys not having the brisket burrito. Does "oh man, darn reallyyyyy haha" sounds frustrated to you? Oh wait you, the manager, werent there, so guess you wouldnt know what went down huh. Ya it sucks it was on the menu photos on google and I came for that but I clearly was willing to pick something else, now wasn't I?
I DID indeed ASK for CRISPY bacon. So again not sure why you're sitting there acting like this transaction went through you, when it didnt.
I ordered an iced, strawberry matcha with two shots of espresso. Not sure where you got me saying no ice or whatever you're claiming the order was but its the second time Ive come and I got the same thing the first time so I know what I ordered. What I received was a plain iced matcha and that was it. So ya when I realized it wasnt strawberry, it didnt have any foam at all, and possibly no espresso, (I even gave a tip) so ya I went back and asked for it to be fixed.
The red grease is from veggies? Im sorry what kind of spinach leaves red grease dripping out of it? Because spinach is the only veggie in that burrito, unless you count frozen hash browns.
And you call two people standing around eating behind the cashier machine in front of customers a busy Saturday morning? So you cant take accountability and you're clueless, right.
No idea why you mention ham my post says nothing about ham, again pretty confused on your mental state.
Ive worked in the service industry for 25 years, in all roles- I know what it's like, I am not naive but I can tell you're either a really lazy or very ignorant manager. I can agree with the statement 'the customer isn't always right' but to down right lie about what went down like YOU yourself took this order, is not only unprofessional but also unethical and just all around shitty person behavior. You could have asked to speak with me directly, refunded my money, said sorry, a million other things but instead you decided to dodge accountability and try to make the customer look like a straight up liar. Kinda sounds like I need to bring this up the chain. Have a good one- you're def right I'll never be back and I'll spread the word on the crappy people that work at this place.
Original post Idk what they use to make their breakfast burritos but it was pretty aweful. I have literal red grease dripping out of it. It was basically just mush. Probably one of the worst breakfast burritos Ive ever had No flavors or anything..I asked for bacon crispy and of course it was soggy. I also ordered a strawberry matcha and they have me a regular one and I had to go back and say this isnt what I ordered. Im sorry its 2025 if Im going for quick items and they are still almost $40 and then on top of it the entire order is all messed up. Ya ill never be back and Ill make sure I spread the word too. Over priced...
Read moreI just went to Two Guns Kitchen about an hour ago. That was my first and last visit. To preface this, I have not had anything this morning. Not even a sip of water. I go into this spot super excited to try the coffee, and decided to go ahead and order a meal too. I got the breakfast burrito with sausage. I wish I hadn’t. At first, the food was good! The eggs were soft, the has browns were crispy, cheese was melted—all the things you would want. Then I get to the sausage. It tastes a bit funky, and I think that I might just not be fond of this thing, then I decided to remove the little bit of it left from the burrito. Come to find out the sausage, pork sausage I’m sure of it, was PINK. Undercooked pork! That’s dangerous! Took all of it out of the other half of the burrito and the same thing happened with the meat in that half. I ate almost all of the first half with that partially raw pork, and 15 minutes later I’m feeling sick. My stomach is cramping and I feel nauseous. When my mom who was with me alerted the kitchen staff, I received no apology whatsoever. I didn’t want anything except a simple acknowledgment that they screwed up, and I didn’t get that. Pretty ridiculous. Also, my mom’s plate of eggs & greens was poorly seasoned and the vegetables felt like eating raw fiber. The only reason why this place is getting any stars from me is because the coffee is actually nice. My iced mocha was great, not too sweet, and creamy. My mom’s latte was pretty average, and not hot enough (it was lukewarm by the time it was served). However, decent coffee does not justify spending over $45.00 for an instant stomach flu. Stick to...
