El Segundo Public Library — Attraction in El Segundo

Well, I really like the employees here. They are very welcoming and treat everyone very kindly even when they're making noise. The problem I have here has a little to do with what I just wrote above. I have no idea what's wrong with these people that come in the library but they have no consideration for others that are studying. They leave their phone with the ringer on, they type in their computers like they are trying to kill someone and let's not forget about those moms who should never have had a child that just can't understand that library is just NOT a place to bring your annoying kid that just can't be quiet!...and the list goes on... And unfortunately all this keep happening because the employees are just so-o-o-o nice and polite that they either don't wanna make that person uncomfortable or they pretend they don't see or don't hear all this so they don't have to deal with it. Of course I'll keep coming here because I have 2 upcoming exams and I don't have another place to study and the fact that I'm "wasting" my time writing this review upsets me more since I should be studying instead. This library is the best compared to the other 3 or 4 I've visited of different districts in the area so far...the best part is this one has a different floor for children and has many study rooms and separate little area for teenagers. It also has a section for latest books of all categories. The complaint I have is their outdated computers, it's very annoying that elsegundo probably can afford to update their computers but they haven't done...

to library administrator: Could you please ask the tech person to unblock google drive access on the public computers ? This is the storage folder associated with gmail and there's no reason for it to be blocked for daily computer users.
