Good Stuff — Restaurant in El Segundo

It's very hard to get a 5 star review out of me but this one was well deserved after reading the reviews from other people praising praising the food and the staff in the staff we decided to go in and try for ourselves. It was my daughter and my granddaughter and I we were venturing out to the aquarium on the Manhattan pier and we wanted to find a place on the way for lunch. My daughter said Manhattan Beach has so many bushy places can we find something more comfortable. This place definitely hit the mark. 1st of all we were seated right away and a and I could tell the staff was lovely. They were kind friendly attentive and helpful. Establishment was clean open and clearly many people enjoying Is food and the ambiance. For me the place was maybe a tad bit pricey but they had options on the Menu that definitely fit my budget. I will say the menu had many options on it and everything looked absolutely delicious. I went with the Cobb salad and I can tell you it contained everything a Cobb salad has with no Shortcuts. And for the price $13.50 it was well worth it I Could not even finish it all. So I took home and had a second meal. My granddaughter opted for the strawberry lemonade which was very refreshing refreshing and the chicken tender and fries which she said was absolutely wonderful whatever their secret recipe is for frying it frying it was light crispy and very tasty. I highly recommend you giving it a try for breakfast or lunch you...

I want to take a moment to recognize Gus for the truly exceptional service he provided during our visit today. From the moment we sat down, Gus went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing experience. He was not only attentive and professional but also friendly and personable, which made us feel so welcomed and taken care of.

Gus anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, whether it was refilling drinks, checking in at just the right moments, or offering helpful suggestions from the menu. His attention to detail was impressive—he made sure everything we needed was perfect, and his efficiency didn’t go unnoticed.

Came here with my bf for a late breakfast early lunch after a nice stroll from Dockwieler Beach. I must say I was very impressed with all the options, everything seemed interesting and healthy. My bf got the skillet scramble which came with bacon, sausage, bell pepper, onion, cheese, breakfast potatoes and scrambled together. He was very pleased with and devoured it all. I wanted something light so I went with the energy bowl which consisted of yogurt, fresh fruit and granola. The granola took me by surprise as it was just a crushed up Nature's Valley granola bar. I would have expected a more home made or looser looking granola. But the bowl was still good and nicely sized. I also got a side of bacon. Oh but to start the meal off we got the hummus which was oh so good. So smooth, creamy and velvety. It was topped with a little bit of pesto and garnished with roasted garbanzo beans which had a very nice lemon flavor. The whole dish was delicious and I was spooning out all that I could.

The service was friendly and swift. I'm definitely interested in trying other items...
