Bushwacker’s Landing — Restaurant in Elberta

Sorry for the low rating but... The bushwacker is my wife's favorite and she didn't like hers and threw it away. We ordered 2 burgers (1 with gluten free bread with sauce on the side. 1 reg without pickles and sauce on the side) We received 2 regular burgers and after I asked which one was the gluten free bread the server stated both are gluten free. If I didn't ask the next question- I would have been contaminated with wheat messing up the next 3weeks of my life. ?which one is the gluten free bun? Everything was a wreck from there. My wife received her hamburger with pickles and no sauce at all. She held on to her cold burger about 17 mins until I received my gluten free burger which some how I had no pickle. I ordered the fish tacos. I didn't get it for about 20 minutes after my friend got her food. I asked for no cilantro and no pico, it came with both. They took it back and I waited at least another 10 minutes. I only ate part of the fish, the rest of the taco was nasty. Also the fish still had skin on it. People were smoking in the picnic table area which was blowing into the eating area. There is no wait staff so you have to go to the cashier's station to order your food. If you want another drink or more food, you have to again go to the cashier's station. I won't go back, especially since the Salty Pearl is practically right next door with great food...

Constructive criticism point of view. We will be back but I wanted staff to know what our experience was. Fries are too salty. Pork belly sandwich didn't have much pork or flavor. Pork belly tacos had no flavor and would be nice to have the option of flour tortilla. Burger was ordered medium and it came out well done.
