I called last night the rep didn't not respond when the call was picked up I had to say hello then this unfriendly person on the other end replied oh hold on and then I was disconnected usally I would not called back but my family wanted pizza.
I work in customer service and our customers are important to us I finally ordered my food and the person I only ordered 2 large Pizza it was 39.00 I asked why was my ordered so high then he replied oh I forgot to apply the coupon so if I had not mentioned this is would have been overcharged so the guy hangs out without even asking me how was I was going to pay again I had to call back and I told them I just ordered my food and I need to pay these people was like oh your order didn't go through and I would have to talk to a supervisor now I'm pissed when a supervisor gets on the phone I explained to her I was not happy with the experience with service then she proceed to tell me about the bad weather they were having I told her that has nothing to do with the service I was given I cancelled my ordered We ordered from another Pizza place we received our ordered within thirty minutes And hour later Pizza Hut came to my house with the ordered that I cancelled I told him I cancelled my ordered I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again service was so horrible so beware if u r going to order from them...

I called on a Saturday night and Brooke who answered the phone couldn’t answer a single question I had about the menu, her answer to everything was let me put it in the computer and see what happens. My response to her was okay I’m going to drive down to the store and order. I arrived at the store and stood at the front desk for 15 minutes without acknowledgement from anyone. I literally had what I’m guessing is a delivery driver walk past me five time without any kind of acknowledgement of any kind. Guess what hate to tell you this you should tell a customer that someone will be with them shortly, or at least have them smile and say how are you doing? This carry out has gone to a complete mess with poor management. When the restaurant opened we were so excited that we had a different option from dominos in this area. That has been blatantly wiped out through the actions of the handing of this franchise of this location. Read moreThere is a first time for everything. I walked into this location thinking this is just another store that is franchised/chained restaurant. I did not expected to be tricked. I asked cashier Vickie how much a medium supreme is. She said $7, and I repeated: $7? She Nodded. When she ring up, she said $17. So I paid with my card, and when I told my husband - he said if a large is $10, how would a medium be $17? I decided to cancel. Vickie told me that she does not have a receipt for my refund, and told me that I will see my credit back in a few days. I was not comfortable with my initial experience so I did not want to leave without my refund receipt. My husband stepped in (He is not Asian.... I am not white.) Vickie gave him a print out for the refund request that she refused to give to me. She said there is no refund receipt for her to give to me. Would the refund request print out works for me? yes, but I have to ask my husband to come in and ask her. It is sad because this is a chained restaurant.
