Hardee's — Restaurant in Eldon

Ordered from the app. When we arrived at the window to pick up the food I was told that they were out of some of the things that we had ordered.So we had to do some switching up. I don't really think the app is designed as user-friendly as it could be. I cannot blame that our the local restaurant tho. And I feel for the drive-through window employees who have to tell people (probably LOTS of them) that they are out of some item only to catch attitude from now irate customer. That would suck. And although some of the items were not our first choice and we had to pick other items instead, I'm happy with the food we got. It was hot and didn't taste like it said under a warmer for hours. The ladies that helped me at the drive-thru window were friendly. That's always a plus. I cannot rate five stars at this time because they were out of some of the items that we had ordered in the app and making quick substitutions on the spot like that always puts me at risk of going home and dealing with unhappy people. Also I would be remiss if I didn't add that sometimes the food we get from this Hardee's is really bad. Cold. Soggy. Greasy. Inedible! Other times its awesome Hot. Fresh. Satisfying. Yummy! You never can be sure what you're going to pull...

The lobby drink machines had no ice & 2 of the drink choices we wanted were out, all we got was carbonated water no flavoring. They offered to fill the drinks from the drive thru drink machine, we ended up with the wrong drinks. My daughter ordered, then I placed my order & then a man ordered behind me. Myself & the man got our orders before my daughter did. After almost 20 minute wait she finally asked where her food was, they'd given her sandwich to the man behind me. The person taking our order wasn't very friendly/nice, even told another employee she didn't know what her problem was when my daughter complained. The food wasn't worth the hassle. Was thrown together, greasy & my onion rings were over cooked. This was at 3:03pm that we ordered, my daughter finally got her food 3:25pm on August 7, 2022 at the Liberty, Mo. store. Luckily my boyfriend saw the water on the floor with the one sign set to where you could barely see it. I could see all of this happening if they were short staffed or busy, but there were several people behind the counter supposedly working and just the 3 parties mentioned here...

The Hardee's in Eldon Missouri is really been going down hill. I would have said something a little more harsh but I'm not. I've been to the Eldon Hardee's 3 times in about a six month time period, and every single time it has been a terrible experience.The first time was several years ago before the last 3 times and the breakfast sandwiches were very poorly made and very soggy and I haven't been back until about 3 years after my latest visits. I really think the biggest problem is their employees not caring about anything. It's like a circus in there with a bunch of kids yelling playing around with a bunch of horse play. This establishment really needs a reality check starting with the management. There were several customers besides me that were just shocked at the way it was being ran saying they were going to call the corporate office to complain about what they experienced. Someone higher up needs to just sneak up and observe what's going on, maybe things will change after that. I could have said a lot more worse things but it wouldn't have been...
