The atmosphere is nice and the employees are very nice however extremely overpriced for the quality of the food it's very plain not seasoned basic food you can get better food at Burger King or McDonald's to be honest I got the shrimp dinner and it was a good portion size for $9.50 I got a lot of shrimp a good amount of fries a delicious piece of garlic bread and I would say too small of a portion of coleslaw. I believe this business would do better if they had Combos and everything wasn't a la carte but we ended up getting food poisoning everybody who went there so I think they use the same old grease time and time again on top of that we ordered for 6 bucks jalapeno poppers and they gave us four little poppers for $6 we went back up and asked if we could exchange them for onion rings instead and the owner was definitely accommodating but wasn't happy about it but they should have a sign that says you're going to pay $6 for four poppers or you can pay $5.50 for a bunch of onion rings it doesn't make sense they're pricing they'll give you large portions for like $9 and then small portions for the same price. A lot of restaurants will have items in parentheses on how many poppers or mozzarella sticks you get had I known it was four jalapeno poppers for $6 I would have ordered something else like the onion rings jalapenos cost nothing even with today's inflation it should not be $6 for four poppers. The service was good but I wouldn't recommend the food and for the price of $17 for one person's meal you can go eat at a restaurant and get Top Notch quality basically it's a dying business that needs to ramp up what they're doing change up the recipes or add combos try to change the menu up a bit to get new or more customers the ambience inside though was very nice...
Read moreI have been there two times and I am not sure what the 5 star reviews are eating but definitely the meals I had were mediocre. I would give a 2 for food rating but raised to 3 starts since people there seem to be nice. Last week I had a chicken philly and it was ok. There was a good amount of real chicken strips which I appreciate. But it lacked flavor. Due to the lack of I had to use a good amount of ketchup to compensate. Today I went there because I saw they had home made chili. I am having some jaw pain and figure chili would be hardy enough but easy to eat. By far, the worst Chili I have ever eaten. It was somewhat gelatinous and there were some chuncks if I’m not sure what I’m it too. I ate it since I was really hungry and needed something but if it were other circumstances I would have returned it for something else. I also had a grilled cheese that feels like it should be 1 dollar instead of 3.24. I feel like Starbucks has way better options for a few bucks more. So either I’m just picking bad menu items or this place really...
Read moreI was referred to this job by an old co-worker who currently works there. I was offered the job to replace someone who wasn't up to company standards. Upon finishing my first day, they sent me home on time with no negative reviews. They then told me I'd be receiving a call to set my scheduled the next day, and after 2 weeks of not getting a call I called them and was told they didn't want me working there. In those 2 weeks in waiting for a call, they should have called me to say they didn't want me there. I would not recommend working there AT ALL. I shouldn't have been the one to call them after waiting 2 weeks to set up my schedule, instead I call to find out I didn't get the job after two weeks. what they should have done was call me the next day like they promised to let me know this information at least instead of wasting mine or anyone else's time in this time of crisis. P.S. I still haven't been paid for the one...
