Subway — Restaurant in Elgin

Worst customer service. I ordered a sandwich through the subway app and got the wrong order. I call the store to let them know, and instead of being apologetic I hear the manager or employer on the phone laughing on the side to their coworker saying “haha you forgot the veggie Pattie in the veggie Pattie sandwich” I found that so unprofessional. When I had asked to get a refund I was told to contact DoorDash since the delivery was through door dash, but when I tried explaining to them that I placed it through the app they should be able to assist me they refused to listen. Sandwiches were sent with freezing cold steak, cold meatballs, broken cold chesse that looked like it had been dropped, untoasted soggy bread, and the wrapping was covered in dark brown smears and stains. its crazy they allowed that food to go out and didnt even apologize. when asking for a manager I was told they wont be available for a week and that I could try and stop by sometime after 12 on Monday.
